Excellent customer service, kept me informed on technician status and arrival time. Technician gave great feedback , price quote and explained necessary problems to be corrected.

The repair person called to let me know they were running behind, which I thought was great and allowed me to run errands and not waste my time waiting for them. He inspected the AC and told me I need to replace the system due to age. Asked for an estimate to replace the AC and furnace. The estimate was very high but the inspection fee seemed reasonable. I hired another company to install the AC and furnace

Company was very good up front to confirm appointment and contact me about techs arrival but then the tech showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes after scheduled arrival without another call to follow up with me!

I would have given a 5 on the value for the money. They were out the same day which was 96° at the time, and you cannot beat the excellent customer service!

Amazingly easy appointment to set up on a Sunday, emergency A/C situation, which I was extremely grateful for. Rob showed up earlier than expected and was able to fix my unit in about 15 minutes! Very professional and friendly.

Good job-met all expections

Jay was very prompt. He was knowledgeable and gave me 2 options to fix my a/c. I went with the first option to try to fix the part instead of replacing it. I went with that option and the only reason I gave a 4.5 was because we won't know until it gets hot out if it will resolve the problem. I give him a 5 for honesty that it might not work. I appreciate him giving us the choice.

We have recently discovered the pains of home maintenance and the joys of unexpected expenses that plague homeowners. That being said, our 30 year old, noisy A/C unit finally took a dump on us, and we needed to have it looked at. We had a few estimates, and ultimately went with G&R as Jay was helpful and polite, giving us estimates for both a repair and a replacement. We now have a unit that is actually making the home cold, and they guarantee their work. Jay was great and friendly, even with our toddler pestering him. We'll definitely recommend G&R in the future.
