Not inexpensive, but they showed up very fast and did a very good job.

They gave a 2 hour window and showed up within the first 15 minutes. Professional and fixed the problem and left estimates to replace since the furnace was original to the house. Prices are competitive!

Water heater burst on Christmas Eve. Got a call back from G&R on Christmas Day. Only company to respond. They installed the new water heater the next day. Jay was very professional and took the time to answer the questions we had.

Our serviceman was very professional. He was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the problem with our furnace. The repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price. We would definitely hire this company again in the future.

They were fine in the diagnostic phase but tried to gauge us on the simple replacement of a part I got for $73.00. They wanted $465.00 to fix the furnace.

Paid $135 for furnace cleaning that was not done. Instead, they told me I needed a new furnace. The local fire department came out and said the furnace was fine and that it needed a good cleaning. I paid $135 for nothing.

G&R responded quick to my Home Advisor Inquiry, the Tech was on site within hours and I had a quote in hand that evening. They followed up over the phone to answer questions and scheduled the furnace replacement, not an easy job with the attic location. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Very satisfied with this Company.

I used Home Advisor to locate and select this business. But, I also spoke by phone with AJ in their office. He was very helpful in explaining service options and schedule. On the day of service, Technician Joe was prompt and friendly. He got right to work on a check of our 20-year old furnace and AC. He clearly explained the results. This included a general OK and a specific part problem. He replaced it quickly. I highly recommend G&R Heating and Cooling! They are coming back in the Spring to check the AC condenser unit.

Worked on a Sunday to change the igniter. It was quick.
