Hired for 2nd opinion on air conditioning that had been repaired but still was not working properly. Wanted a fortune for Freon said it needed more than it did. I was able to get the price down for the service call before I let him come but I would not trust him for a second to do anything. I wish I had waited because better companies called me when he was already here. Would not even include the charge into the repair was going to charge another call fee if I hired him then tried to suck me into a yearly service. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, NOT THIS ONE.

Came three times, charged me $100 each time, told me it was a different problem each time, and my a/c still doesn?t work

Charged me $110.00 for a$17.00 (retail) float switch and tried to stick me with a $67.00+ charge for a bottle of drain cleaner, but I refused that service and used a $6.00 bottle of liquid plumber when he left... worked great!! I hate ripoff services that overcharge for simple supplies... I hate ripoff services

Solved my problem - was very professional!

They came out the first time and could not diagnose the problem. They charged $135 and $258 to add refrigerant to a 3-year-old Lennox unit. The same problem occurred the next day. I was charged $135 again and $695 to replace a part warrantied for 10 years. When I disputed this charge I was told I know nothing about business. The original owners sold out to G & R HVAC. They are an out-of-state company. I think they are ripping their customers off and charging exorbitant prices for warrantied parts.

I had used this company for 15 years and had always been satisfied. They installed and serviced my central A.C. system for all that time. It was serviced regularly twice a year. I never had an issue before this. In February, the company was sold to what I later found was an out of state company. ( illinois ). I had a scheduled service call for July 24th. No one ever showed up.I called and reached people who did not seem to know anything. I went to their office, and found it closed and apparently abandoned. I finally called again and got a new appointment for the morning of July 26th. No one showed up. I called again and they said they would get a service person out in late afternoon. They finally did. The next day I got an e-mail billing me for a service that should have been included in my service contract. I sent an e-mail stating that I would not pay. Finally this afternoon they removed the charge. I would NOT recommend this company. Long time customers seem to have been ignored, appointments not honored, and extra fees attempted to be obtained.

Tech had only been with them a week, and didnt plan on staying. He said the owners were trying to keep the small company alive after the former owner ran it into the ground.

Set up an appointment for Tuesday, July 23, between 1-3, for annual maintenance for my two units. Even had a confirmation email regarding the service appointment. Waited... and waited... and waited... no one ever showed up, no one ever called. Very disappointing...
