Adam Cole did a great job.

The technician Jorge who came out was honest, extremely knowledgeable, and repaired/returned service of the AC very quickly.

The entire experience from booking to repair was handled professionally. John (the repairer) was especially helpful.

This is a top notch company. They took their time with me and explained in detail the differences in furnaces and helped me to make an informed decision on purchase. They saved me money in the long run and the work is excellent. Clean up after replacing furnace was top notch. Highly recommend this company

Semi-annual maintenance service was done but John found mold starting to grow and suggested installing a UV light and explained how it kills bacteria and keeps the unit bacteria-free plus, how it works. He explained the warranty details and scheduled my next semi-annual appt. John's been here before and has always been very pleasant and very informative. He knows his business and answers any questions I may have (with a full explanation). That's appreciated very much. I'm glad AA Temp Svcs hires such skillful and personable employees. A real asset!

The phone service was exceptional with no wait. Dee was very understanding and listened to my issue. They had techs out the next day for the nonemergency service. The two techs were both great with my dog and very thorough, explaining things to me as they went.

Installed a home humidifier. Very professional and prompt. Very good work. Tech. was very knowledgable and east to work with. We had been trying to get this work done by a DeKalb business for almost two months. We called GR and they had us scheduled in two days. We will look to them now for service.

Everything went very smooth and the technician was experienced so he knew what the problem was and fixed it right away and explained it to me.

We had duct cleaning performed. The technicians were amazing. They were courteous, answered all of my questions, did not leave a mess at all, they were polite, and even fixed my humidifier free of charge. I wish I would have used them for my previous residence. +A Will use again for sure.
