John our technician got right to the heart of the problem and suggested how to correct it

Unbeknownst to me I stopped a driver of the AA company truck in the parking lot of Home Depot to inquire about their services as I was having AC issues, it turned out He was not a service tech he was the owner and immediately he called his office and they dispatched John a service tech within 2 hrs we had a diagnosis and today 4/1/23 he came back and fix the system ! All is cool againð This is good old fashion customer service!!!

We called to tell AA Temperature Services that our AC did not seem to be cooling. John came out the same day, and noticed the coolant pressure was low. He added a dye to the coolant and said he would be back in a few days to see if the dye exposed the leak. Right after John left, I got a call from the office to schedule John's visit in a few days. When John came back, he found the leak and repaired it promptly. Every interaction with AA Temperature Services has been positive and professional.

JD arrived within the agreed upon window, did the maintenance check outside where he found a problem with the surge protection component and took care of work that needed to be replaced, then came into the garage and checked and needed to replace the bulb that helps prevent mold buildup, and cleaned the mold that was visable and and replaced the cover putting a hole in the cover so the light would be visable in the future. Don't know if the surge problems were a result of Hurricane Ian/surge when power was restored or age of system.

My experience with AA Temperature Service has been all positive. They were responsive and happy to take me on as a new customer. They have been prompt in scheduling and delivering services and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was actually a bi-annual preventative maintenance visit but that wasn't a selectable option above. John was very professional throughout the visit and answered all of my questions.
