This company is awesome. I truly lucked out. My service guy was John Demartino. He cleaned my interior coil and installed a U.V. light. I was so satisfied with the service I signed up for their Maintenance Plan and immediately forwarded the information to the rest of my family. I had contacted 5 other companies and got estimates. AA Temperature was the best in price, value and service. Dee in the office was also great!

The A/C technician arrived on Saturday and was not able to detect why the 24v fuse was blowing, and left and said he needed to call American Standards technical support on Monday. Great. Two days with no A/C in South Florida. I called back Monday to check on the status and received a **We will get back to you** response. No one ever called. Great Customer Service fellas! I would like my 135$ service fee back. I called another A/C repair company and they quickly repaired the problem - the condensation line was clogged which was causing the sensor to blow the fuse. 30 mins later - the A/C was running.

Came when promised. Assessed situation. Rectified issue with in a reasonable amount of time. Tech was knowable and explanations were clear.

There was a question concerning quote for job to be done vs actual charge. This was resolved to satisfaction of both parties.

They gave me a quote of $190 to furnish and install a thermostat. After installation they charged me $321. This Company uses bait and switch tactics. They are totally untrustworthy. After posting this review, the Company contacted me and the $321 charge was a lack of communication between their records my understanding of the charge. Everything was resolved and would recommend them for future a/c work. Their work was completely satisfactory.

AC broke on the weekend. They had a tech out within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and preformed the repairs. Didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We'll use for our semi annual maintenance.

Available after hours. Very organized.
