Jake took over for a renovation project that had gone off the rails. I had to fire my previous contractor who had completed demo but made no progress for many months. Jake reviewed to project and the status and provided us with a comprehensive and accurate timeline and costs for all aspects of the project. The outcome was nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail superb. We are going to hire Jake again for a renovation on another home later this year!!

Jake always showed up on time, was very professional and personable. His team was very accommodating regarding any changes or additional work. They cleaned up every day, moved all the furniture and was respectful and careful. We will have Jake back to remodel our master bath in the near future.
