Response time and on site work was great! We are still under construction, so have not had the chance to see everything in working order yet. That said, we had a previous arrangement with Best Buy to install everything prior to our renovation which took weeks and ultimate could not be completed. High Tech came in and immediately got to work, told us what needs to be done and explained what would now need to happens once our renovation was complete. I will definitely call them again!

Spoke with Lionel by phone. He graciously worked around my schedule to come on a day I had off. We scheduled for Monday at 3:00, but he called that day and said he could come earlier, I said sure. He arrived and went right to work. I needed three network cables dropped for some IP cameras. I truly didn’t feel like crawling through my own attic so it was worth having him come by and get it done. Guy works hard and is efficient. Go ahead and read his reviews and see for yourself. He takes pride. When you have your own business, your works speaks for itself, and I saw it first hand. Give him a call, you won’t regret having him stop by to make your life a bit easier with running network cables.

The guy was very polite and professional he knows what he is doing and prices seem pretty fair also. I have already given "high-tech repairs" a second repair job for my miller trailblazer welder computer board. I had a extended 3year warranty through walmart that walmart was refusing to honor given me even excuses they could so I had to hire someone myself. I must admit I was skeptical at first about hiring a new company I had not worked with before But I am very happy with the work that was done and would recommend High-tech Repairs .

This was repair for my computer; still has my husband s computer. My only recommendation for the company is to communicate when unable to meet the completion date. Had to call them for my computer. Other than that; Great!
