SMOOTH SAILING ALL THE WAY.

I received a fair estimate for the removal and install of new gutters. I had requested some modifications to our existing gutters to better irrigate away from the house. The entire project was done professionally and the old gutters were hauled away and I didn't have to be home when the job was done. Everything was installed exactly as I requested. I could not have asked for a better job.

The workers who came out were excellent and professional. They had the repairs made in a timely fashion. They cleaned up the work area and I was very pleased with their work. A job well done and I would use them again,

I had the gutters installed today. I was so impressed with the customer service provided by Gutter M.D., that I wanted to make sure to post this. This company is run by a husband and wife: Roxanne and Dorian ("D"). I called Roxanne around 7p at night and left a voicemail. She called back within a half an hour and we scheduled an appointment the next day for an estimate. Roxanne came to our home to give the estimate. My husband was out of town, so she just met with me. I explained our concerns and why we wished to have gutters installed. She listened and responded with some good thoughts. She had to check inventory for what we needed the next day. She did and she called me back with confirmation. She did everything when she said she would. When D came out for the install, Roxanne called to tell me they were on their way, as I had requested. When D arrived, he was polite and friendly and also listened to our concerns. He even helped me with something simple that was not scheduled. He was patient and helped me with a ladder when I said I wanted to get up and close to take a look at what they did. I hope Angie's List will let me revise this or post another review once it rains so I can share how the gutters work. If anything like their customer service, the gutters will work great. Thank you Gutter M.D. for a no-stress and pleasant estimate and install experience.

A+ all the way, from price, consultation to performance. Suggested the most effective and lowest cost course of action, and performed a great job on our clogged gutter. It just started raining very hard right now, so we actually got proof of workmanship right away. Notified us about neighbor's tree that was bending our side gutter. They are really good. She was great. She called me. She definitely showed up on time. They're coming to clean my gutter. She got with me right on the spot. It was a fair price.

This is a family run business. The husband and wife team of Roxanne and Dorian work well together, are very pleasant and are clearly knowledgeable and experienced in the gutter business. When I first called, Roxanne took the time to explain a bit about the different types of fasteners used, which was very helpful in our decision-making. Once Dorian finished installing the gutters, he walked around the house with me to make sure I was happy with everything. We are happy and expect the gutters will provide many years of service.

I was working on the day the gutters were installed, but when I came home the Job was done well and everything around the house was clean and neat.

He is very good and does excellent work. The experience was very good. He is an excellent man. He did very well and he has a good reputation.

Great job....quick and efficient...they had to run back to the shop to get a special size to feed thru a wooden deck cutout but still finished quickly. About 3 hours to install and test the gutters.

It went as expected. They arrived on time and performed excellent work. I used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

I called three gutter companies. Gutter MD was the only one that responded within a day of my call. I got two quotes, and the Gutter MD quote was approximately 40% less than the other one. Installation was about a week out, but was on time as scheduled. I would not have found them without Angie's List. Thanks Angie's list.

My wife dealt with them. They were fine. They didn’t do anything that they didn’t say that they were going to do. There were no problems. They made the suggestion to just clean it out and not replace everything, so they were honest. I think my wife had a good experience with them.

The entire procedure was flawless. They even came back to remove our old gutters that were taken off by the painters.

They showed up on time and did a good job installing the gutters, worked quick and clean. They were willing to take our request for down-spout location into consideration. Overall good experience.
