Roxanne came on a timely basis and gave us a quote, which was reasonable. Installation was delayed a few times because of their workload. Her husband, the installer, was very pleasant and work was completed in one day for both properties. However, we found defects in two areas in one building and one area in second building. We called Roxanne several times to schedule an inspection and repair but we received no response or "I-will-call-you-back" response. We called her husband directly and he promptly visited us and promised to correct the problem - which he did 3-4 weeks later in one building, however the second building where they did cleaning, problems are still pending. Their website for cleaning gutters state that they would clean, tap in loose spikes and caulk the corners and end caps. We still have leaks in corners and end caps. But we have not heard back from them as to when they will come by to finish it. It seems that when the sale is made and job is done it is not easy to get hold of them if there is any problem. Other than that, I find them to be pleasant people to do business with.

Gutter MD was a pleasure to work with on this project. Roxanne was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. She was also sensitive to the design of the house and offered idea to make the gutters blend in to the house and be complementary. We scheduled a day and her crew showed up on time and did the work efficiently and well. They even made some adjustments on the fly at my request which were handled easily and willingly. It was obvious that they were not novices and blasted through what might have been a 2 day job in one day. Overall, am very pleased with the job they did and have no qualms giving them a thumbs up!

The team was professional, prompt and skillful. The gutters look great! My only regret is not asking for wider gutters because in a heavy downpour some of the rain that channels down my barrel tiles is overshooting the gutters. The team offered to install them higher up on the fascia but they would have to cut and lift the metal splash all around -- plus I thought that would look strange. If you have barrel tile make sure that the gutters you choose are wide enough to catch all the rain that flies off your roof.

They do as they say and say as they do. On time, called to confirm, showed up early for the quote and did the repair on the day that was quoted. Roxanne was very fair with the pricing and didn't try to sell anything that wasn't needed. These are all rare qualities in a Florida contractor. I would recommend them to a friend!

We had used this company several years ago to put gutters on the front of our house after seeing an ad in the newspaper. We were very happy with the quality of their work and the price so when we decided to put gutters along the back of the house we looked them up to see if they were still in business. When we saw all the positive reviews on Angie's List we called them. Roxanne who we had dealt with last time came out the next morning for an estimate. We told her we only wanted one downspout and she said there was a way to do it. We were so happy with her knowledge and her estimate price that we scheduled with her that day. When the installers showed up they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to merge two roof heights into one downspout which looks great. Now with the summer rains the gutters have been given a full test and they work great! Thank you for a great job. We should have done this a long time ago.

They showed up with 3 people, cleaned out the gutters, replaced broken downspouts, re-seamed so connecting gutters, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a completely stress-free experience. I thought the cost was quite reasonable for the repair work.

Roxanne is a pleasure to work with. Professional and knowledgable. Came out gave estimate and when we choose her company to do the work set up an appointment. Time was set but because of weather conditions the appointment time changed but still on the same day. Her worker called to give me an update and Roxanne called to verify that time. The crew came, I pointed out where the downspouts should go and away they went working. Job was completed, checked the job and it was finished. Now we wait for the rain to come to see the results.

Roxanne came out and gave us a est. within an hour of calling Gutter M.D. She was on time and very knowledgeable of what services are provided. She suggested re routing a couple of downspouts out of a problem area. The crew called and showed up on time as promised. The installation was done to perfection, The crew cleaned up all debris around the property as well as blew off the walkways. We have since had rain and the gutters work as promised.

Lady showed up to give me an estimate (3/24/2014) after three weeks of waiting, then the installers showed up 2-3 weeks later to do the small job. When they left, it rained that night, and the gutters leaked just like they did before they “fixed “ it. I paid them $550 to fix the gutters. Every leak that I paid them to fix, still leaks. I have called Roxanne twice and left several messages, and she will not give me a call back. Now I have to call another individual to fix the job, and now I have to pay another $250 to have their mistakes fixed. In the world of gutters, this was an easy job to do and they didn't do a good job for me. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to just drop and ignore the customer after the fact is very unprofessional.

I called Roxanne and she came out that day to do an estimate. She pointed out that the one gutter on the house was sagging and old and should be replaced. Something we had not noticed but appreciated since the cost to replace it was minimal compared to having them come later just for that one piece. I very much appreciated her knowledge of rain chains and that they would install them if I had them. They did a great job and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there. Roxanne matched the colors of the downspouts and gutters perfectly. This was a small job and I felt they treated it just like a bigger one. I would and will recommend to Angies list and friends.

They did a terrific job. I changed some things last minute so the foreman called the office. The owner brought a part from the office to complete the project. They went above and beyond. They beat the best price. They exceeded my expectations greatly.

We received three different estimates and chose to go with Roxanne. She gave us the best price and her warranty was better than the others. I had originally requested the estimate in October and when we finally decided to ge them installed in late December she honored original quote. The gutters look great, her team worked all day and cleaned up afterwards, they were very friendly and professional. Roxanne was very responsive and great to work with. Would highly recommend Gutter MD.

We were amazed to find such quality workmanship and professionalism in the area after so many disappointments with so called home vmprovement professional of various kinds here in south florida. Not only were the people at Gutter MD prompt, accomodating, courteous and professional in their manner, but their workmanship was excellent and their prices extremely fair and reasonable. I would highly reccomend this company and their people to anyone in need of new gutters or any kind of gutter repair ... they were great!

Roxanne came to our house to give us an estimate. She was on time, professional, measuring each section and gave us an exact price for the work. We made an appointment for the installation that was two days later. The gutters were made on site. They performed the work quickly and were extremely neat and careful.
