I read reviews on quite a few companies, and ultimately reached out to three. Out of the three that I called, Roxanne was the ONLY was to answer immediately and offer to set up an estimate within 24 hours. Roxanne came out, gave me an estimate, and a very fair price so I agreed to their price and had them install the gutters. I was under a bit of a time crunch and they were able to fit me in a day later, which was great. The installer (D) came out to install the gutters and was extremely professional and very nice. He was here about 3 hours and his work was impeccable. When he left I was very happy with the job. The next day I had an inspector from the city here to sign off on something for my pool patio, and he was not happy with the downspout placement. I called Roxanne and she sent the installer back out the next day and he moved the downspout, re-pitched the gutters and once again, left an extremely clean and well installed product. Overall I am very happy with my experience, and would easily hire them again! Thank you Roxanne & D !

Initial contact was quick and professional. I believe we may have even gotten an estimate the day we called or the following day. Roxanne was knowledgeable and listened to our needs. While we weren't able to come to a workable gutter solution for the front of our home we did opt to do the back. The installer showed up on time and did a neat job of installation. However, upon further inspection after a rain we noticed a tremendous amount (measured 1') laying in two separate six foot sections of the gutters, meaning they were not draining properly resulting in a prime mosquito breeding scenario. I called Roxanne to let her know about the problem. She promised to have someone out the following week to rectify the situation. Having not heard from her by the following Wednesday I called and left her a message, reminding her of our discussion and the promise come out. Unfortunately, my call was not returned. I then called again the following Monday. Someone did finally come out and while better, not perfect.

Roxanne came to my house, did the measurements and gave me a quote for the job. I asked her to give me a weekend to paint the fascia. She had the old gutters removed on Tuesday. I had new gutters the following Tuesday. Gutters look nice. It was a pleasure to deal with her. The price was very reasonable.

It went great. Roxanne was very friendly and professional and just seems like a nice person. She also gave me the lowest bid out of 3 different companies which helps. It went really well. Roxanne is clearly a pro, and was 15 mins early to quote the job (in South FL, if you can believe that). She was thorough in her evaluation, quoted the job with a very fair price on the spot, and after meeting a couple other gutter contractors, we decided to award Gutter MD the job. She was very communicative by phone and text, and her team got in and got the job done flawlessly with no issues and no mess left behind. I would highly advise Roxanne and the team if you need gutters repaired or replaced!

There seem to be miscommunication between the manager and the installers. One of the downspouts was not in the correct location at first. Also, one of the gutters was leaking in the wrong direction after heavy rains. I mentioned both problems to Gutter MD and they were fixed promptly.

Great experience, very professional and only took an hour or so to install. They look great, would definitely use them again.

The quote beat all other offers I received. Roxanna is great, very nice and pleasant to deal with. The Installers were quick, nice, and professional. I did find pieces of the old gutters here and there on the floor, I wish they would have cleaned up a bit better. They did leave some brackets of the old gutters still on the house trim, I will take those off later. Overall I can't complain.

Roxanne came to the home to see what was needed. She provided an written estimate on the spot. We agreed to move forward and she gave us a scheduled date. Dorian and his partner called on the agreed date to tell us what time they'd be by. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up and hauled away our old gutters. The work was done neatly, and the gutters look great. Wish all contractors were this easy to work with.

Excellent, I liked them so much that I referred them to my daughter who lives in West Boca. To my disappointment they never called her back. Maybe I got a better service because it originated from directly from Angie's List. She end up hiring another company and her job was so much bigger than mine.

We are extremely satisfied. The gutters are a perfect color for our house, the installation was very clean and professional. I felt that they installers were wonderful, too. They introduced themselves and were friendly and professional. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Roxanne came out and provided an estimate. She was both pleasant and professional. Her estimate was detailed and comprehensible. We obtained three estimates that were essentially similar. One company though refused to consider the repair of the Super Gutter and were therefore not considered further. The other company was good but Gutter M.D.'s estimate just seemed a bit better. On the appointed day the installers called to say that they were caught in traffic would probably be twenty minutes late. Was that OK? It was. A three man team of pleasant and presentable installers arrived and performed the job as promised. They cleaned up after themselves, then took me around for an inspection. My wife and I were impressed, thanked them and they left. On Wednesday, 4 May 2016, we received a heavy downpour of rain and I went out to inspect the gutters. All was well except that a section along the front of the house seemed to be leaking profusely. I called Roxanne and she dispatched the troops again. They sprayed the hose on the roof for sometime but no leaks appeared. I apologised for bringing them out on a wild goose chase but they persevered and finally the leak appeared. The leak turned out to be of our roof not the gutter. Before the installation of the gutter I could not see the leak. Now, the Gutter M.D. guys showed me where the water was running under our tiles and hitting the side of the gutter, creating the appearance of a gutter leak. Now I have to find a roofer!

Called because of A rating on Angies. So not true .Long story short is they came after several calls the guys were kindda rough looking and also in demeanor. they went through my gutter issue and started working . The just were in a rush and couldnt care less. They left and the gutters werent fixed and when I called to have them come back to fixed they ignored me. Dont waste your money they suck. Pick anyone else rare time bad find off angies....

Roxanne's team arrived on time and was finished within a couple of hours. Not only did they complete the job perfectly, they also cleared out the existing gutters around my pool screen, which was greatly appreciated. The gutters and installation are perfect and I would highly recommend them for any new work or repairs needed in the future.

Quoting by Roxanne was quick and professional. She came out to look at the job before giving me the quote. Other gutter companies just quoted over the phone without really knowing what the job entailed. We had to delay the job one day because of weather. Roxanne called me to alert me to the scheduling change and to make sure the alternate date was acceptable. The two man team (Matt and Dorian) showed up when scheduled and had the job done in less than an hour. Both men were friendly and seemed very experienced in gutter work. They were happy to answer all my questions. Gutters look great.

Very well. Everything was done by phone. I just relocated to Maryland from Florida and needed the service to be done to sell my home. Roxanne was responsive, went to my home, inspected my gutters and provided an estimate. The repairs were made within two weeks. It was pleasure dealing with her.
