This review is way overdue. My wife and I are usually not review people. We hired Mike for the first job we had a few years ago. Since then, we have hired Mike for several other jobs including carpentry, painting and custom molding. Each time Mike and his workers were incredible and his pricing is fair. Mike oversees everything. Mike is a gentleman, is genuine and presents the utmost honesty and integrity. You can rely on Mike. Also, we have referred Mike several times to friends and acquaintances. Each time all went well. We highly recommend Mike. You will be thankful and will not regret it.

We had to have work done while we were away. When we arrived home, job was completed and it looked like no one was ever in our house. Mike was a delight to work with. Clean, neat, very professional. This guy's great!

The painting was done in the evening so the lghting was not to good We thought it needed another coat. We called Mike and he sent the painters right back .All is well very nice job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my choices.

He was at my house early I was very impressed and went right to work. He fixed my roof and was very knowledgable

My call was returned within 5 mins,even late in a Friday evening. Mike showed up,at time given and was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating to my needs. Would definitely recommend Falco improvements to anyone in need of quality work at a fair price.

Always on time, cleanup, no delays in performing work. So pleased I am contracting for additional 4 rooms to be painted and crown molding, archways and door trim. Fast work means less disturbance in my home. Did not pressure for additional work I had not asked for.

Mike Falco sub contracts his work out. He does not do the work himself, I should have known at that point to not use him. I had him do several project around my house. Had him replace some T-11 his guy that came did a ok job nothing exceptional. The worst part was his plumber. I my conversation with Falco we discussed the outside shower plumbing had to be fixed and replaced. We agreed that the tile around the shower wall might have to be removed by CUTTING it out. When his plumber came to do the job he did not come prepared to do the job by cutting the tiles instead he SMASHED them.
