+ -1 moreThe Technician diagnosed the problem and offered a solution which he is in the process of implementing. He was pleasant, polite, well-spoken, and efficient.
Description of Work: diagnosed why the reason for the AC unit not cooling effectively. The freon has leaked out. A new coil is needed. The AC unit is still under warranty.

First the fact that the technician called and the company sent me a notification text with his photo regarding his expected arrival, very encouraging. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very thorough and professional. The service was extensive and tests were performed that other companies charge additional for. All in all Ebens will be my ac company going forward and will be the company I recommend to residents in our community and local associations. Thank you Ebens
