Technician was very professional, showed the evidence of what was wrong & suggested other things for the long run.

We suffered from major repairs from the AC unit not working properly. We purchased an AC from Cool Moon and it has cost triple to repair.

Stay far away from this company !! I paid them to replace my compressor. They have now come back to my home every single month since then and I have had to pay them every time. Now they are saying it's my motor which is going to cost $700 for a generic motor which online was only $230. They are saying this was the root to all my past problems. Then why did I pay over a grand for a new compressor??? I agreed to let them do it but I wanted to look up the brand they were using. When I asked the model motor they were using on my AC I was told to "find someone else they don't have time for this !! " They don't want you to check into what they are doing and if you do they tell you to look for someone else. He actually said to me that I asked too many questions and then go to YouTube and do it myself. Clearly he doesn't like to answer questions because he's not doing an honest job and doesn't want me to know! As a customer you have every right to ask what motor is going into your AC ! Terrible company !! Stay away!!!!

Two highly rated AL companies came out prior to Coolmoon and they were all too eager to sell us a new four ton unit instead of fixing the leak - which they said was impossible. Coolmoon fixed the leak, replaced a faulty valve stem and a sealed a leaky pressure valve. The repairs saved us upwards of $4k! Also, they take photos of their work and include it in the digital invoice. Very professional.

Let me start by saying how utterly impressed I am with CoolMoon!! I called them on a Friday night in a panic that my AC was no longer working. My sons birthday party was the very next day and I was about to have a house full of guests in the dead of summer with no AC. The owner of the company got on the phone an assured me he would have it fixed tonight and my AC would be running. Not only did he not charge me overtime ( like every other company ) but he stayed with his employee until midnight making sure my AC was running in perfect condition. This is the type of customer service you don't find anymore from today's companies. This is why whenever I need my AC repaired Coolmoon is who I will call and refer. They were knowledgable and did not skimp on any of my service even though it was late and they were tired! This was greatly appreciated and they get an AAA+++ from me!!

Had some language barrier issues with service rep, but he was very friendly and helpful. I can't make a negative comment about someone so willing and helpful in showing what he was doing.

I didn't really see him do anything other than look at the system but he said I would have to pay an addition $225 to fix a pressure issue. However I had already $69 for an Angie's List maintenance package. I feel that I shouldn't have had to pay extra since I bought the deal. I think they need to be more honest about their deal and what their costs should be.

It was okay, it was good. I think I did a yearly, I think it was inspection. He said he found a loose wire, he had to come back, I thought it was a yearly thing.

They're awesome. Prompt (contacted them around 1pm, they were here fixing my A/C unit a few hours later), friendly, and zero condescending attitude (something I definitely appreciate as a DIY'er with an engineering background). I highly recommend them, and will definitely call them for future repairs.

It was right around Thanksgiving, our cooler wasn't cooling enough. I called them and they were very helpful. The technician who came did not leave till he knew the cooler was working properly.

It was okay. There were a couple of things that weren't done and it turned out that I needed to have the coils cleaned. I had them come back and do that and then at the same time also did about three things in the list, the refrigerant and a couple of other things that they had done previously. The price for the 21-Point was fine but they did miss a couple of things. They responded right away and took care of the problem with the coils and the repair serviceman was polite and he did his job.

Showed up exactly when they said. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were doing. Both units look brand new. Cleaned up after they were done!

It wasn't very good. I sent them to my mother's house. We are in 33133. They said that they were listed wrong on Angie's List somehow and that they don't usually go to that area. They finally showed up. They were not up to detail. For example, they closed the vents so it doesn't come out into other rooms. When they finished the job, they didn't check that all the vents were open. Then, they had to come back. They were upset that they had to come back. I wasn't there and my mom was like, "I can't open it." They complained about coming back. It took us to convince them to come back and open the vents. When they left it was warm and it was not working. They didn't want to come back. It was my two elderly parents. They were like, "Oh well, we have to go back. We are far." I was like, "Yeah. It's not working." So, when they came back, it was the shutters that were not opened properly. They cleaned it but they didn't bring some liquid that they needed to do the work. They said they were going to come back for a cleaning but they haven't come back. We have to call them to make sure they come back. It's going to be an extra cost for that. It wasn't in the description as to what they were going to do. For $200, I thought it was going to be a more thorough job. They were not as service oriented. It was not worth. It was costly for what they offered.

Did a good job cleaning the AC. Now working well. Was prompt and worked after hours.

We recently bought this house, so this was first service. We knew from our home inspection that the coils were extremely dirty. This service provider did all of the work in a very professional and courteous manner. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the price for all the stuff we had done. We plan to use this company to do regular tune ups. We believe we have found "our A/C service company".

The experience went very well and I help very comfortable and confident with all of the service that was provided to me. So much so that I am planning to use them in the future and will also try to recommend them to friends/family.

We got home and our AC wasn't cooling. We called Jason and he was here within 5 minutes. He troubleshot the unit and got out AC unit running within 15 minutes. He was great!

The A/C was blowing hot air for days I?ve called someone else to come by on a Saturday and they never came. So I called Cool Moon A/C and they came out on a Sunday morning and got us up and running with cold air. They charged me $200.00 but I give them an extra $100.00 because they came out on a Sunday. They will get my service every time we need too. Or better yet I?ll give their name and number for anyone who would need there services. They were prompt, cheerful & courteous They kept the dirt on a tarp and completely and tidily replaced it afterward. I've used this company repeatedly, and they've always gone above and beyond. They warranty their work and nothing has ever gone wrong.
