 + -1 more09/09/2017 Overall Expertise Service I dropped my PC off at his house. He said he would take a look at it. I told him I had a pop up that was freezing my PC. He called me 2 hours later and said my PC was like brand new, but had to keep it overnight to download the updates. I go to pick up my PC and he plugs it in but did not go online to see if PC was repaired. I noticed some 100 updates still needed to be downloaded, which was the reason for him keeping my PC overnight. I'm ****** that he BLATANTLY LIED to me about the updates. So I get home and try to go online, and my PC is frozen. see photos...I call him back and tell him my PC is worse than when I dropped it off, No spyware functional, nothing!!! Show him screenshots, (in photos) He says bring it back and he will take a look at it. I'm really ****** and angry right now, that I tell him he already had a chance to fix my PC. I'm so mad that I, got suckered into all the B* about Honesty and Integrity, and how the NAVY spent $292,000 for his PC education on his website. And After all the time and money I wasted to get my PC fixed along with the lies that it's like brand new. Now I have to pay someone else to repair the PC to get it to where it is functional without freezing up, and being able to go online. The guy is a big scam artist, don't believe anything he says because it's all B*. Didn't return my money for the said work that was done. Which is not the type of business that I would recommend to anyone, period! I'm not a glutton for punishment and see that this service was a complete waste of my time and $. Not to mention the frustration that I went through. If you have nothing but time and money, and don't care about getting the service you receive to repair your PC correctly, then this guy might be for you. Nothing he claimed was what happened after I paid him and picked up my PC. Stay clear of this service if you like getting treated with RESPECT & HONESTY, and getting the job done right.  + -1 moreI am a network engineer who's extremely expensive gaming PC got "fried" in a lightening storm. I troubleshot the computer for a week and could not localize the issue(s). Jason took on the job and called me before I got home from dropping the device off at his shop. Not only did he find the effected parts, but he had the replacement and up-grade parts installed in two days. As I said, mine is a sophisticated "gaming" computer with duel solid state drives in a RAID1 configuration with SLI and very "high end" hardware elements. So, The BIOS was scrambled from the hardware failures, and Jason went into it with the skill and depth of a professional. I rarely give 5-star ratings to anyone in this business, but Jason is the real deal. I highly recommend him for computer repair issues.
Description of Work: Troubleshot gaming PC, replaced defective parts and adjusted BIOS appropriately.
