Description of Work: We needed our Patio Roof Repaired which got damaged in very heavy rain. Cliff the owner came the same day to view what was needed and gave me an estimate within 2 days. We hired Cliff and he came as promised and did a great job! Everything was cleaned up and the job was better than we expected. One section of screen had come off and Cliff and his helper repaired this free of charge which we greatly appreciated. Thanks Cliff!!

 + 4 moreThe company, Treasure Coast Home Improvements was highly recomended to me by a neighbor whose nephew had them install a screened enclosure on his house in Port St. Lucie. The owner of the company, Cliff Wells came to my house and gave me an estimate on both the screened enclosure and the window / doors. He kept to this estimate with no hidden or additional costs. His work was of the highest professional quality. Attention was paid to the smallest detail to make sure that it was done right! Cliff also recommended the sub-contractor who put in the concrete slab and this worked out to be an excellant choice as well. From the time the job was started to it's completion Cliff was there to discuss with me any detail that I inquired about. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to them coming back and doing additional work for me in the future. Cliff installed a 20' by 40' screen enclosed room with an insulated roof with (3) skylights. The room is a beautiful addition to the house and I'm sure it will increase the value significantly. Great Job!!!
Description of Work: Removed (3) contractor grade windows and replaced with (3) thermal pane, impact resistant windows which included complete restoration of stucco exterior and drywall on the interior. This did not include painting which I'll do myself. Also replaced (3) piece sliding glass doors with French doors with side lights which were also thermal pane, impact resistant with etched glass. Installed a structural aluminum screened enclosure with 6" solid roof panels with (3) impact resistant skylights. The structure also had 3' high insulated knee walls.
