[Member Name Removed] was great to work for. I think she put 49.00 for job as to that was the ANGIE'S list evaluation, the actual job cost was more, but that is ok. Had fun working at such a beautiful home. Plan on doing more in April, with a friends help. I broke my arm, fractured my shoulder, so landscaping is at a halt.

Description of Work: Very friendly at beginning, had me fooled. Too many problems to explain here, and she was extremely unprofessional. I did not write a review until now because she made a verbal threat to me. That if I gave her a bad review, turn about was fair play. My son owns a business, so I took that as she could write a bad review for him even though she has never used his business.

Everything K. [Member Name Removed] said was not true. She just didn't want to pay for mulching and knew that was not in the bid, so she cheated me out of $400.00. Her son's business had nothing to do with our dispute, but I can report her to credit bureau as a bad debt of still owing $400.00. One of my workers will stand by this as he knew her son having had his car worked on by her son and was very surprised at K [Member Name Removed]'s behavior in such a bad way. She need not worry, I would not work for her ever again - her customer rating is F. I have pictures of her yard showing what a good job we did. She got a good deal - undeserved I might add.

Description of Work: I paid for a landscape design which was never received. When asked about the design she said she would provide it after installing the plants. I thought I might use her for the installation, but didn't.

[Member Name Removed] only told part of story. I typed up what would work well for her, names of plants pictures, etc. She was to have a huge tree removed before we could even start on the job, as it would have prevented her plants from doing well for obvious reasons. The shape of bed was already there and most all of plants had died, mainly because of the obtrusive tree. First things first, no need to repeat another mistake with a new flower bed. Not much else I could do as it would be wasteful time & money to put bed in and it no do well.

They did a great job and they also provided education on how to take care of not only the new plants but all my planting.

I called Travelight Gardening and talked to Lynn, and explained that I wanted to put in a small garden. Lynn told me she would be right out to give me an estimate. She showed up quickly and looked at what I wanted, and then gave me her ideas. She explained how she would make the garden to augment the existing Bird of Paradise by adding new plants. I accepted her proposal and her estimated price. Lynn and her husband got to work and I soon had a beautiful new garden. When she was finished installing the garden, she explained the new plants and how to care for them. Lynn is an expert in gardening and understands the plants to be used to have a beautiful garden with little work. She also added a plant in an area along a walk to make it look better. I highly recommend Travelight Gardening.

Great. They listened to me and replaced the dead plants with plants which are low maintenance. It was very pleasant to work with them.
Description of Work: Replaced plants that had died into existing landscaping.Fertilized yard and plant beds. Plants were pruned, prayed and flower beds were mulched and cleaned up. They returned a few weeks later to make sure the plants were growing and doing well. The price included the plants.

Excellent advice.
Description of Work: Lynn provided expert advise on landscape options/layout for backyard of new home. This included replacing some of the high maintenance bushes and plants with some that were easier for us to maintain. She has a vast knowledge of landscape design and I highly recommend her work.
