Horrible!!! He got paid and never came back to finish the job. He didn't even use the paint we requested. Never hire him for anything!

Joe provided excellent service at a fair price. The quality of his work is outstanding, the attention to detail is superb. He takes pride in exceding your expectations.

After having fired the first painter (who was a referral- so we didn't do my due diligence), we then interviewed several painters. Though we received lower bids, and the same bid from another painter we were impressed with, we decided to go with Guerra Painters. We are glad we did. It was the right choice. Joe and Chuck were punctual, and went about there work in a professional, efficient manner. I had certain time deadlines I had to meet and I Joe went out of his way to make sure the job was finished in time for us to move in without a hitch. They were meticulous in their work , and paid much attention to details. They finished on time, and came back to paint some doors I had not put up yet. I will be using them again to paint the exterior of my house later this year, and perhaps my Pool Deck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Found Joe to be a real professional. He is meticulous and very proud of his work. His prep of the house was amazing , the job was finished in a very timely manner. I would and will hire him again , and would suggest anyone looking for a painter should contct Top_Notch!!!

Joe save the day , a new home owner,new state, I had several estimated. I seen him working on a house on my street l walked over and ask him if did painting he yes ,after he the job he gave be a price,we agree and started work next day he finished on time and for price! He also took care of me . My wife told him keep eye on me do that I have dibets .

We were very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. He was very professional and worked with us to review the needed areas of concerns. We had patch work done to our stucco and it needed a fresh coat of paint. Our pool deck was in need of painting as well. We would highly recommend this painter and will definitely use him again for our next painting job.

What I liked about Joe, the owner, right away was his quick and consistent response time, from the first time I called him for a quote. I needed my house painted. . Within couple of days I had a quote. My opinion from Joe was he was punctual, professional and great explaining in detail the steps of his job. I choose him over lower bids. His Proposal was detailed and he guaranteed his work in writing. The other guy missed his appointment by couple of hours, showed up another day and other gave a verbal quote. I finally spoke to Joe on the phone and added additional work to the quote. Joe, and his crew, was flexible with his work schedule calendar to accommodate my job, The work, upon inspection, was as expected clean, professional and great job.. Everything was to my satisfaction. Many neighbors asked me for his number. Experience has taught me that one shouldn't always take the lowest bid and that punctuality, clear communication and follow through will more then make up for any negligible 'savings'. I'm planning on keeping Joe's number. and refer him to anyone that need a good Painter. Joe and his guys are worth every penny, and not to mention, are VERY affordable. They are top of my list for any and every project. Thanks Job for a great job the House looks fantastic !!!!
