Description of Work: I have used Dan's service a few times in the past and was very happy with the results. So when we had a problem with a very bad odor in one area of our home (we thought something had died in our attic) and after I called and paid for an exterminator with no results, I called Dan for a suggestion. He, AT NO CHARGE, gave us the suggestion over the phone of possible gas buildup in out tub (we have a separate shower) and to run some water down it. It worked! He could have easily come over and charged us and we would not have known any difference. He is great.
