Demo guy never prepared the house dust storm everywhere. Was to remove old backsplash instead he cut it out and had to have a drywall guy come in and cost me an extra $600 to fix. Wrong molding put up. Was told on day one when cabinets come in they would have them done about 10 days. After 6 months of living in disaster zone finally done.

From beginning to end, there were professionals that were professional, knowledgeable, and truthful of what could be done. The sub-contractors outside of their design and cabinets, were first class rated as well. Patricia Soto, the designer, was spot-on with options, best use of space, considering and including all requests - exceptional. Jay, whom I spoke with and met a couple of times, professional, reasonable, and listens to any concerns. Ray, the cabinet installer - exceptional and very knowledgeable in managing installation from planning to modifying existing structures to meet the customer, electrician, as well as plumbing needs I will submit separate reviews for the sub-contractors - Franky's Drywall, Treasure Coast Electrical, Coastal Plumbing, and Vaughn's Glass & Mirror - all professional, timely, cleaned after themselves daily, and completed the work without hiccups. I also used LBU Lighting, a lighting store who stand by their products, professional, excellent customer service and have different options for lighting.

Jay's had remodeled our kitchen 4 years ago so we went back to them first when it came time to remodel the master bath. Unlike the kitchen, the master bath remodel involved a change in footprint so we had an interior designer draw up plans with exact measurements. I stopped into the store on a Sunday and was told that none of the designers were in but that they would leave my plan and preliminary material selections for the designer who would get back to us Monday. There was no call on Monday, and after several days and several unanswered calls and emails, we finally got the ballpark cost estimate we were looking for on Thursday via email. No design, just a short email with some basic prices. The designer never bothered to pick up the phone and call or invite us to make an appointment to view her design and discuss the job. I felt like I was being given just enough so the designer could check off a box on her "to-do" list and move on. Needless to say I hired someone else to do the job and purchased the cabinets, quartz counter top, tile, and flooring from one of their local competitors. This is not the same company I dealt with 4 years ago and I will not be back. The only reason I gave them an overall rating of D instead of F is that I did finally get some response.

After getting several bids for our job which included 2000 sq feet of tile flooring and new kitchen we decided to go with Jays. The sales staff is extremely professional and attentive. Aidee was a highlight for the sales end and did a fantastic job guiding us through a complete kitchen remodel. Only hang up was a miscommunication with granite and being told we would pick the slab and then finding out it was picked out for us and cut before we had a chance to inspect it. It turned out fine, but the miscommunication caused a bit of unnecessary angst. The kitchen installer Ray was meticulous and we would definitely have him back for cabinetry work in the future if we ever need it. Renee helped us with the tile and grout colors and they look great. We had some issues with the footing and then with gaps in baseboard and floors but we were persistent about it being fixed right and eventually it was. Our floors were very uneven and Junior did a good job laying the tiles and trying to even things out as he went along... there are a couple areas we have found where the tiles have a lip but it is to be expected that it won’t be perfect. Had a bit of a communication issue at times but we were able to work around it. Eddie was overseeing Junior and he was able to clarify any problems we had. There were a few areas where the tile wasn’t done close enough to the wall and even with baseboard we have a gap, but Josh has been able to fill most areas with some filler that matches the grout. We should have been more mindful of this but we didn’t realize it until the baseboard was being put up. Biggest thing is that Jays did fill the gaps after we asked for it to be done so it looked finished. So all in all we are happy with the outcome. Ran into some snags but nothing major. The price was very competitive. Only surprise was up charge for flooring materials for uneven floor areas after the fact. It didn’t seem that unreasonable so we paid without making a fuss. I think it was important having someone there to oversee things as they went along at times, but that is probably important on any home construction job just to make sure things are being done the way you want. Solid 4 stars overall.

From the moment I entered the door the salesman in the back was pushing the fact that he had to come out and measure my kitchen. I understand they need accurate measurements, my kitchen is currently gutted down to the studs and I have an open concept, so Im not constrained by wall size. I had the measurements of each cabinet I needed along with all interior dimensions, CAD printouts, 2020 printouts along with numerous other quotes from other installers listing cabinet sizes and prices. For example I wanted to know how much a 36" sink base cabinet in "Brand 1" vs "Brand 2" was that they sold and the guy was telling me, "How can I tell you the price without measuring your kitchen!?" I was simply asking how much a 36" sink base cabint cost, no measurements involved, IT IS 36 inches! So I'm asking him is it $500... Is it $800? And again he states how is he supposed to give me the price of a 36" sink base cabinet without measuring it to know how big it is...? Really guy!?! I had to get up and walk away, This place is a joke and so are the people that work there. It's amazing how some companies let complete morons run their business. Who knows, maybe they have a great product and great prices but with people like that working there I didn't want to risk it finding out.

I visited the showroom on two occasions until I decided on the tile I wanted. I was allowed to take a sample home to see how it would loo in my house. The showroom staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and were the upmost professionals in answering all of my questions. The gentleman who came for the estimate was prompt and answered all of our questions and was also a delight. Every dealing with the office and installers was prompt and courteous. The installers were the upmost professionals who completed a perfect and wonderful job! I could not have asked for anything better. They arrived daily at the stated time and worked diligently until completion. My floors are perfect! Care was taken to ensure that I was satisfied and I am beyond happy with the results. I highly recommend Jay's Floors & More.

Not good. Cabinets still not finished. During installation of flooring they ran out. Had to wait 2 weeks for 8 or 10 boxes of flooring to complete job because they measured wrong. Still waiting for 2 foot piece of quarter round and special order spice rack cabinet.

They quoted a price per square foot and then added extra square feet for granite and additional fees to raise price 40% The laminate floors was even worse they added 70%

They were professional, timely, sensitive to the disruption of the house. They explained what was going to happen and then did exactly that.

Went very well. It looks fantastic. They came when expected and finished early.

Jay's Floors and more helped us design a new kitchen. They gutted the existing kitchen, built new custom cabinets on site and installed counter tops. They were on time, polite and $15-$20k cheaper than competitors. I will definitely use them to renovate our bathroom.

Got as far as an estimate. No one got back to me after I started asking more detailed questions. I know better than to chase contractors down so I left it alone and moved on.

The experience with Jay's was great from the beginning of our project to its completion. The representative from Jay's came over our home. He took measurements and listened to our ideas. He made suggestions from his knowledge of flooring which helped us immensely. He gave us new ideas and also perfected where we missed. The staff at Jay's location were excellent with my wife and myself. Always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The workers who did the work at our home were gentlemen. The design of our home had twists and turns from room to room and they cut and matched it all perfectly. We had gotten other estimates and Jay's came in the best. What also led us to Jay's was these reviews. Jay's was the company with the most large projects.

Terrible. The cabinets were not furniture grade as I was told.(cheap). The installer/contractors damaged my home. Granite person cut a 3 ft. hole in my wall to make the granite fit. Electrician cut out my ceiling supports and the kitchen will have to be repaired and rewired to meet code. Did not put in knee-wall that was needed to support the "backless" island cabinets. Not level causing the granite to pull away from the sink in the back before it was even used. No support for the 11" and 14" overhang . Only one contractor had license that I am aware of. Jay's installer is not licensed .

Do not hire this company, They were late cabinets were measured wrong and materials were stolen out of my house.

We couldn't be happier with this experience and would like to thank the entire staff at Jay's Floors. Aydee came out to our home and listened to what we wanted. She also took into consideration the surrounding areas to understand our style. Her design was spot on. We have so much more storage than we had previously. Love, love, love our wine bar! Scheduling was important to us due to our work schedules. Every date was on target from the demo to the cabinet installation to the granite template and installation. Thanks to Jose and James who did the demo and installation of the cabinets. They were neat, respectful and professional. At the granite shop, thanks to Charlie who escorted us thru the granite yard where we selected our slab and discussed various options, to George, he did the template of the granite and install and last but certainly not least, Terry who did all of the scheduling and granite lay out. A little advise for anyone looking to do a renovation, don't have unrealistic expectations. Understand that you will be inconvenienced for a brief period of time to achieve your end result. There is no magic wand to have everything done by waving that wand. Communicate, express your concerns, get your questions answered. A note to Jay. . .you have an amazing staff and we appreciate each and everyone of them for their dedication to your customer's satisfaction. Roger & Gail

Tillers were on time. Worked non – stop to get the job done. Very neat & clean great job – very happy with finished product.

The planning and products were top of the line, the minute we walked in to the final completion everything went so smoothly. Our designer Aydee was attentive and extremely helpful for the planning and coordination of cabinet delivery and installation, we used a recommended plumber and electrician they deal with which were very professional. Their granite yard and the team we worked with were helpful in every step. When we chose our granite, they came out to do a template of the countertops and backsplash and before they cut the granite we were informed that we could come down and set the template on the granite as to where we wanted placement of sink and pattern of the granite to be cut. They were meticulous and I couldn't have done a better matching of patterns myself. The owner Jay came to inspect work when it was 80% complete to make sure everything was to our liking. We were very pleased as to the way we were treated from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them.

It turned out wonderful. They've been out here like two or three times. Really they're great. I've had no problem with Jay and he is wonderful to deal with. They were here a year and three months ago.

Things went pretty horrible. Just about everything that could go wrong went wrong. It's been 2 years and the workers still haven't been back to fix my baseboards. It took them a really, really long time to finish. They put all the cabinets in on one side and they were done wrong so they had to take them all out and put them all back in. I have chips on my floor from them dropping their tools. The owner was very, very rude, and yelled at my mom and yelled at me because we were upset about the kitchen not being done. They did the cabinet wrong. I went in there and I stood in the rain for an hour and a half picking out where I want to lay out my granite with the paper templates, and when they came in and brought it in and laid it up, it was backwards. It was pretty awful. My pantry was not measured right and I had to hire somebody else to do the custom work on the pantry and pay for that myself. I'm not happy at all. The electrical was a lot more expensive than what they had told me that it would cost, and it was subcontracted. Just for the cabinets and not the electrical, it was a good price but I had to put up with a lot of headaches and it's still not being finished after 2 years. I had to put an extra here, and put an extra there. They never seemed to know what they were doing. The kitchen is nice now and I had to put little tabs so that the doors don't bang onto other parts of the cabinet and my microwave and all that stuff. It's still faulty. It looks pretty but it's faulty. The price was good. Their responsiveness wasn't too bad. It was just that it took them so long. It took 2 years to finish so that's not too good. The workers were very nice but it was the company that wasn't good. At the beginning, they measured wrong and they did it wrong. I would never, ever hire or recommend them.

I called them after I saw their ad in a super saver magazine. The sales person came out and gave me the price after he made a few recommendations. They came out and did the template and installed it a week or so later. There was good communication, the installers were friendly and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Did not use Jay's Floors & More. Decided at this time to hold off on remodeling the bathroom.

One employee came and gave a quote. Then the installer came to do the work and told me I had to pay an additional $150. The installer also said the plumbing wasn't done correctly. I spoke to the owner and told him I shouldn't have to pay extra when his employee misquoted a price. I also told him I used the plumber his company recommended. The owner told me he wouldn't take care of the $150 on the misquoted price and that I could pay it. I told him it was his employees fault. He then told me I was the type of customer he hated dealing with. Since this incident I have heard several other peoples bad experiences. The owner is very unprofessional and was even dealing with another upset customer on the phone while at my house.

We received three different quotes and this company ended up being the highest. It was also hard to talk to the right person and kept getting the run around.
