Description of Work: They installed the fence and explained the training, etc. They returned in a week to adjust the voltage to suit my dog's size. At first the invisible fence seem to be working, but having a couple of issues now. They were prompt to set up an appointment to come back within one day. Waiting to see the resolution today.

+ -1 moreFantastic. I have used Invisible Fence at my other home near Charlotte, NC, with the same high grade of service with their great product. I have an 118 lb white German Shepard who has and quot;neverand quot; crossed the Invisible Fence line, once he was properly trained, but it is important that you let them train your dog, unless you are familiar with their product and can do it yourself. Not only is their product the very best, but what I love about Invisible Fence is their service. If there is a rare issue with their product or installation, they do not argue, they just come out to make you happy and correct whatever the issue might be. Great product, great service before and after the installation and a true AAA company !!!!

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish it was a great experience. Pricing was good. They came highly recommended and from using them I can see why. Great company to work with and a life saver for us and our two dogs.
Description of Work: I contacted the company to have an invisible dog fence installed. They were on time to our house and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and quality of the equipment and how fast it was installed. The installer, Bill, worked with our dogs and I was surprised how quickly they picked up on it. He seemed to know exactly what to do. Bill Hawkins was our installer and he was very courteous, polite and professional. He cleaned up after himself and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. I could tell this was a top notch operation that has a professional organization that operates nationwide backing up the product. I highly recommend them and would do business again with them.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with the quality of work. The installers were neat and on time. I was worried about my yard being torn up from the wire install. Boy, was I wrong! You couldn't even tell where the wire was buried. The trainer also was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with training my dog. My dog learned his boundaries quickly and now enjoys running in the yard.
Description of Work: We had an Invisible fence installed for our dog. The rep. from invisible fence answered all of my questions. i had alot of them! After much research, we decided to have invisible fence do the job.
