I have used this company many times, for both AC and plumbing repairs. I have always found their work to be first rate. In this case, Alex gave me the alternatives and costs involved, either fixing the existing toilet or replacing it. I made the decision to go with a new, more water-efficient toilet. He did an excellent job of installing it, and took the old one away. My wife and I are very pleased with our decision.

We were moving two weeks ago. TikTok Moving was referred to me by my friend. I called them and easily got a reasonable quote. The movers arrived early and started packing up my belongings. They loaded everything onto the truck very carefully. The delivery was made on time. Nothing broke or got damaged on the way. In the end, I realized that this move was just too easy. Thanks lot to the moving team for much a stress-free move.

I was using services from this company on a number of occasions (especially by Martin, whom I recommend), but was extremely disappointed when I was told that "we can't help you anymore" when I needed plumbing services done again. Disappointing, especially since I've paid over $2000 to them over the years.

The guys did a good job of testing the system, identifying areas of concern, and "tuning up" the A/C units (coolant levels, etc). I've used this company several times for both A/C and plumbing repairs, and they have always performed a high quality level of service.

Their truck is fully equipped for most jobs. Martin and Mike arrived ready to work. Their arrival window was between 10-12. They arrived at 9:50 am. We talked to them about what we needed. They had arrived planning on fixing the shower leak and replacing the fixture. We discussed also getting our toilet and the toilet plumbing replaced. My daughter and I figured they would only do the scheduled shower work that day, but they did all the work. They wore shoe covers, and company shirts. They look professional, and do professional work. They cleaned up as they worked. They were cutting tile and soldering copper pipe (yes, copper pipe). The bathroom looked cleaner when they left than when they arrived! These guys are prompt, and very professional workers. They were here at least five hours, and left us after 3:30 pm for their next job. I hope they grabbed some food sometime after they left us. They never took a break and worked nonstop in our bathroom until they finished all the work. Their pricing seemed very fair, and what I was expecting. They may seem more expensive than other plumbers, but I believe you get what you pay for. They are also licensed HVAC technicians. We are scheduling another appointment for them to service our AC unit, plus they are going to install a mini-split unit to cool our garage.

I Need the Plummer always does a great job. The owner and the guys who work for him are always professional. My daughter and I moved here from another state. We were worried about finding a reputable plumber, and not getting someone “scary”. These guys are great. We highly recommend them.

WORK WAS DONE WELL BUT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE

They came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

It was fine. Everything was done, what was expected, nothing special. I liked that they were able to complete the work in a timely fashion. Scheduling was within a couple of days. Was it a clean job? It was okay, not a lot of demolition or anything like that. It was just replaced. They could have more reasonable prices. I thought they were on kind on the high end of the scale compared to others. Quality & responsiveness was fine. Would I use them again? They have a 50/50 chance.

They were great. They were prompt and professional. They explained everything in great detail and made sure that I understood what was going on before they did anything.

Water line work went excellent, work, pricing and responsiveness we a good or better than expected. The pricing on the water heater was the only thing that seemed out of the norm. The work and responsiveness on the water heater was also excellent.

I don’t think they are cheap, but I have never really price shopped. The quality is really good! They do very good work! The employees were good! The lady I dealt with on the phone that set up the appointment was very good, and the guys that came out to the house were, they answered all my questions and explained everything. They are very thorough!

I called them in the evening when I realized the unit wasn't cooling, and the company came out the next day, tested the system and replaced a bad capacitor on the outside unit. I use them for AC servicing and plumbing, and they have done quality work every time they have come out.

Representative showed up promptly, and did an excellent job of replacing a kitchen faucet and sprayer. Very thorough, explained what needed to be done, and the price estimated. Company prices seem a little high, but it was a tricky installation so I was ok with the cost. I will use this company again, as their work was high quality and they were very professional.

Martin and his apprentice were fantastic. On time, professional, courteous. Fair and honest. He was very thorough and answered all my questions, and gave me honest opinions and options. Worked very efficiently, and left my home as if they'd never been there (except for leaving a new water heater behind). They also do AC service so I will be scheduling AC service with them. I also got a follow up call on Monday from the office regarding the service. Customer service and satisfaction are definitely number one with this company!

Martin is a very hard worker and stayed on schedule. He was also here for the inspections to make sure everything ran smoothly for me. The units he installed are fantastic. The save me energy costs. He is very helpful and professional. He was on point with everything and Maritza called after installation to make sure everything was running smoothly a few times. Of course it was!!! Thank You for such a pleasant experience with something as important as Heat!!!
