Erick was very nice and prompt but was very messy. Only focused on the grout and did not clean my tiles. After almost 3 hours, left my house with very wet tiles and did not seal my kitchen tile grout. When I opened my pantry door later that day, it was filled with water. From now on, I will stick with Stanley Steemer.
