After explaining the problem I was having with the heat side of the unit a technician came out checked heat pump and the entire system. The technician found that we needed to add 1 1/2lbs of freon to the system. We have had a few cold days since then and the heat works well. I would & will call them again for repairs or tuneup for the ac system.

The service technicians were prompt, did exactly what they needed to do without delay, and kept me informed throughout the process. The company arrived in presentable vehicles, were professional looking, and had the right tools for the job. The technician provided me solutions I actually needed and did not try to sell me anything I didn't.

Well, they showed up just before a storm rolled in and had it running before it started. 2nd time we've used this company and like doing business with them.

Our AC stopped working on Friday and I had my wife call All Air & Heat on Saturday morning who said they could be out between noon and 2:00. He showed promptly when he said he would, dissected the problem and fixed it within a few hours. He not only fixed the issue but also serviced the furnace and cleaned the AC condenser. I would definitely call them again when needed and would have no issues recommending them to family and friends. They are honest, prompt, fair and professional...and that's all you look for when hiring a anyone.

The receptionists were very efficient and helpful - They told us a couple of things to try before they sent techs over so we tried that but A/C still did not come on. Called back and techs were there within the hour as promised! They worked through the problem quickly and were wonderful at giving maintenance tips for us to follow in the future. They took our Angie's List coupon and we are very happy with this company and recommend it highly to anyone needing A/C repairs!

Everything went extremely well. The two men arrived at approximately 8:10 A.M. They immediately started working and didn't stop till they were done which was about 5 hours later. It probably wouldn't have taken quite that long but the guy working inside was having to do so in somewhat cramped conditions and the other guy was working on the outside unit. The clothes dryer had to be moved out of the way for the man to get to the inside unit and he moved it out of the way, with no complaints. When he was done he and the other worker moved the dryer back into place and hooked it back up. These guys were very polite, they didn't mind answering questions and did a very professional job. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves, removed all empty boxes and trash that the new unit came in and took our old unit with them as well. When the work was done we had to call for a final inspection on the A/C unit. When the inspector showed up for this inspection even he commented on what a good job these guys did and wanted to know what company we had do the work. We were extremely impressed with the job that was done and would highly recommend All Air & Heat to anyone needing work done on a unit or needing a new unit. They are very reasonable in their pricing, they come when they say they will and they do an outstanding job.

They did an amazing job installing everything and they even went as far as to file my warranty registration and everything and offered to call me every 6 months to check up, and the first year the check ups are free.

Our outside compressor stopped working so I saw this deal for a $59.95 20 point air-conditioning service call and thought it sounded like a great deal with all of the items included. I called them up and they had someone out within the hour. I had the unit off all night so when he got there he asked for me to turn it on and of course it started right up with no issues. I thought he'd go ahead and just do all of the things that were included in the deal I bought. He started checking the pressures and levels on the outside unit and said that the "cap" was a 30 but putting out 28 (no idea what that means) so it should be replaced. I had no idea of how much it was but figured it would be negligible since he didn't mention any price and just did it. He sprayed the outside unit with the hose also and then sealed everything back up. He never looked at or touched anything on the inside unit. He said my remaining bill would be $106.00 because their normal service call is $165.00 and I had paid $60.00 through Angie's List. I explained that there should be no extra charge for any service call because that is what I paid for so I asked if the price of the part (which I knew I'd owe) was $106.00 and he said yes. It sounded odd that the price of the part would just happen to round up to what their normal service call fee was. Outside of replacing the cap and hosing the outside unit off, he did nothing else but check the levels. The deal on Angie's List said they would do the following things and I'll note as to what was done or not. My A/C wasn't turning on, so I called All Air at about 9:30 am, and they said they'd be at my house between 12:00 and 2:00 pm that same day. At around 12:15, they showed up, diagnosed the problem in 2 mins, and got my A/C up and running in about 10 mins. Then, he told me exactly how to clean and maintain my drain line to avoid clogs, which isn't rocket science, I know, but at least he gave me the info without treating me like an idiot. He, then, only charged me for the service call and honored the coupon that I had. It was quick, efficient, inexpensive, and informative!

Friendly service and they came out in a timely manner. Now I feel more comfortable knowing the air coming out is cleaner for my daughter and my little puppy!

All Air and Heat came out to clean my dryer vents. I was quoted $95, but since there was a special on their facebook page, I was able to get it done for only $80! This a great company with friendly employees and I would definitely use them again!!

I have small/medium size home with not as many drops as a bigger home and instead of trying to rip me off John was very professional honest and reasonably price and cheaper than anyone else. Price was $340. will definitely be using them again!

That particular morning our A/C just stopped working altogether. It was obvious nothing was going on, no air blowing, no lights, no power...nothing. Unfortunately, we made All Air & Heat our second call after having a miserable experience with the top rated A' lister for A/C work. John showed up and took about 15 minutes to diagnosis the problem and have us back and running. This was a complete relief and contrast from the first contractor who wanted to replace all the electrical components and re-haul the entire control system for upwards of $1000.00. John was very knowledgeable, which was obvious, as he looked at the air handler and had everything up and running in about 20 minutes. He looked everything else over to make sure the rest of the system was problem free and it all checked out fine. Having explained about our experience with the other contractor, he only charged me the service call fee. John was very courteous and took time to explain how the system operated and what was causing the problem. My rating of All Air & Heat and particularly John, is that he is a straight shooter and takes care of the problem with no fluff or sales pitch. Definitely a number worth storing for future issues.

The owner of the company was very friendly and informative. They were very polite and conscientious. They did an excellent job all around! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

John came out to my sister's house to service the ac and he did a wonderful job. He was there when he said he would be there and even came a little out of his way to help her out. He charged a fair price and the work was done well. She hasn't had any other problems with her ac since he came out. He was friendly and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

Our a/c was blowing hot air. They came over the next morning and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. We had the problem earlier and hired another a/c company. In comparison All air charged us less and fixed it right the first time.

Tech came the day before and almost immediately knew what the problem was even with my vague description. He had to order the part which came the following day (1/3) and he just replaced it. Air Conditioning and heating is functioning correctly now. This is the third time I used All Air and Heat but first time since I became an Angie's list member. I have referred others to All Air and Heat and I will continue to. Always courteous and prompt. And very importantly, very fair pricing.
