pool deteriorated, Never placed vac after cleaning , even when I did request vac be placed tech never bothered to check the vac was working. Don't waste your time or money, lousy pool service and lots of excuses.

It went great. The service was professional, done on time at a reasonable cost. We hired them to keep up with the weekly maintenance of the pool. Would recommend them to anyone.

Showed up first week, impossible to get ahold of afterwards. I could not even vouch for the pool being cleaned. Looked dirty every time I came home after it was supposedly cleaned. It is impossible to get reliable pool services in PSL. C -

Mr Castro is a well informed professional . He landed a sump pump to quickly lower the water level so it could be refilled. He provides the kind of service that gives a pool owner confidence. I am very pleased.

The original Angie's List deal was that I get the third month free. But even without mentioning it, the pool was not cleaned at all for the last 2 weeks of July as agreed and prepaid. The algae kept growing on the sides to a ridiculously thick amount. I took all the pictures.Then they had the nerve to bill me for August! And the deal said it had $75 value, while I was charged $80 for the 2 months. Company owner was very aggressive. And then he had the gall to pester me that the pool cleaner was here on those dates. I have witnesses and photos proving otherwise. You can't go against facts.

Very professional. Fair price. Timely service.

We bought a foreclosure recently, and the pool was in terrible condition. It had such a bad leak that it would lose about 2 inches of water per day. We've called others to service it, and they never got it fixed. Jay looked and evaluated the entire pool, and felt it was best to bring in an outside group to have a look. I admire a contractor who knows when someone else's experience could be more valuable for a specific problem. I've had my fair share of guys who think they could get something done, only to make it worse, and then charge me for their failure. He put us in touch with a great leak detection company. They jumped into the GREEN, TADPOLE ridden pool and fixed the leak, for less than $100. I was completely blown away. Now that the leak was fixed, the problem was right in Jay's wheelhouse. He drained the pool completely, acid scrubbed the surface, replaced the main drain cover, replaced the filter grids, realigned the pump blades, and even replaced a few tiles that fell off when a company we had pressure-spraying accidentally knocked them off. All this for just a few hundred bucks. When I found out he had a monthly pool maintenance contract available, I wasted no time signing up. We've had it for three months now. His employees are always punctual, quiet, and very polite. The monthly invoice is delivered by email, and payable online (always preferred). In closing, Jay was completely amazing. My fiancee and I couldn't have been more impressed with his manner, his work ethic, his ability and his comfort with technology. Every single time he said he'd call / text, he'd call right on time. If he was coming by, he'd be by ten minutes early. He was always in touch, and always specific about what was next. He stayed in touch via text message / phone / email every step of the way. The pool had always been such a headache. Now, it's perfect - exactly what we wanted.

My husband and I are seniors and do not want the responsibility of balancing the chemicals let alone attempting to clean the filter. It is a pleasure to have Xtreme Pool Services on board to take care of the pool and relieve us of these duties.
