Description of Work: I called, made an appointment, and arrived at the office on time. I wanted an estimate for a custom dining table. The owner was not there with whom I expected to meet. I talked with his son who was quite nice but in no position to give me any information. I was then asked to return the next day. I met the owner heading out as I arrived and he turned around and went back in. We met, he promised me a proposal. I didn't receive the proposal and I called. I basically got a "dog ate my homework" response with a promise for the proposal to be emailed to me within the next 24 hours....still waiting weeks later. Nice enough people I guess, but I would never work with them now.
