+ -1 moreThe work he does is fairly good it's the lack of responsiveness to phone calls and the lack of calling to say he will not be able to do a job once scheduled that I find very difficult. He is a very nice man and if he does show up will do a good job but he is not reliable.
Description of Work: Minor repairs around the home. At first did a good job but then became unreliable as to availability. Would say he could do a job and then never return calls after repeatedly calling him. I have given up on using him for the future and need to find someone that is reliable.

+ -1 moreThis was a positive experience from the initial phone call through completion of the work. The job was simpler than I had explained on the phone as I had thought the whole cabinet would have to be dismantled. When Roy arrived, he determined that only one cabinet wall and the front support needed to be removed. His charge was less than guestimated on the phone, and in appreciation of his integrity, we paid him the guestimated amount. We highly recommend Roy's services.
Description of Work: Roy was professional and courteous, obviously knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. This was a simple job -- for him -- of partially dismantling a hand built cabinet housing our washer and dryer so that we could have a new washer installed. He preserved the finish wood, suggested a support piece be replaced with sturdier wood and saved the various bits and pieces of hardware. We look forward to having him back to reassemble the cabinet, hopefully next week, and to discuss various household projects.

+ -1 moreHe is excellent and his prices are really good. I call him for any little thing and he comes right over and does it and takes care of everything related to it. He charged me $15 to attach my mailbox but I gave him $20 because he used al his own supplies and it was hot and I didn't have to wait.
Description of Work: I use Tyson's Custom Carpentry. He came out last month to attach a mailbox for me.
