+ -1 more,She did a nice job until she stopped returning phone calls to finish the work. Texts and many phone calls later, we have switched to a different landscaper to finish the project. She gets an F for doing half a job and wasting our time and money. She had been most unprofessional and we hope she is OK, but we will never use her again.
Description of Work: Was hired to landscape a small portion of my yard and perform minor trimming work to trees, all to which the owner of Turf Specialists agreed.

+ -1 moreAll work was performed as promised, on date agreed upon. I am very happy with the results and have received numerous compliments from neighbors and friends. Will be sharing it with members of the Garden Club next month.
Description of Work: Jen visited the site and we discussed many aspects of the landscaping we were looking for. We sought a "lazy man's garden" which would require very little maintenance, while conforming to the requirements of the homeowner's association. We discussed several concepts at length. Jen then e-mailed us pictures of the various shrubs she was recommending, with explanations regarding the pros and cons of each choice. We made our selections and were given a quote. Work involved purchasing the new plants, digging up some of the old beds, planting the new shrubs and flowers and mulching.

+ -1 moreI have only had her for a few months, but noted she does an excellent job. I receive compliments on how nice the lawn looks all the time. As she does not scalp the lawn, it looks green, lush, and with crisp, neat looking edges. I would recommend her services if you wish a great looking lawn and reliable service. She is responsive to any issues, and very personable to deal with.
Description of Work: She performs lawn service biweekly in winter and weekly in summer, as well as weed control aloong beds with spray.
