Edward explained what caused our problem very well. He was both knowledgeable and courteous. Our granite countertops were transformed from feeling like sandpaper to smooth, gleaming surfaces. We also appreciate that he wore his mask and footcoverings to respect us and our house.

Edward was very professional. The countertops in our kitchen had odd angles and he provided a perfect fit. The finish of the tops are excellent and were completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards and even sealed the tops before he left. Would definitely use him again and recommend this business to anyone.

Lenard came over this past Sunday to look at the job, and gave me a quote. We agreed to go with his company. He said he would come out the next day (Monday), to do the job. Monday, I did not hear from him, so I texted him asking if he was still coming. He apologized and said he was not able to come Monday, that he would call me to set a new time. Needless to say, he did not call. Finally, on Wednesday, I texted him again, and asked him if he was still going to do the job. Absolutely no response. Completely unprofessional, I would never hire/rely on him for a job again. You don't do that to customers.
