Description of Work: I'm very satisfied with the service that Tom Ritter performed. I called on Tom to repair 3 screen panels in the top of my pool screen enclosure that are directly above the pool. I do not have the equipment that will allow me to do the repais myself. Tom made an appointment to review the scope of work requested and provide a time and cost estimate. He and I agreed on a time for the work to be performed. He and his associate were on time and completed the work within the time estimate that he provided. The screening that he replaced was performed in a safe and quality manner. Upon completion of the work the jobsite was cleaned of all materials that were used in the project and the old screening that had to be removed. His workmanship is of high quality. This is the second time that I have had to call on Tom for screen repairs after a strong wind event. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of his work and his prices are very competitive with others performing the same service. I will call him if I ever need more rescreening services.

Description of Work: Replaced all the lower panels in our pool enclosure and re-rolled loose upper panels as well as some needed metal work. Tom & his crew use superior products & do an outstanding job. Will definitely use him again when needed. Very prompt, complete clean-up, & great value.

Description of Work: We had a rodent problem and there were several screens on our pool enclosure which had holes eaten thru them. Tom came and gave us an estimate...came back and repaired them and you can't see the difference between what he replaced and those that are original.

 + -1 moreWe called for an estimate and received it within a couple of days of calling. We approved the work and the job was started within a week of approval. The entire job was done in 2 days and the process was neat and clean. All the screen was replaced with brand new screen and the retaining webbing was also replaced. During the 2 days of repairs, the job was done very professionally, the patio was closed back up at night, the patio was left clean and free of debris and the old screen was hauled away.
Description of Work: We had our entire screened in patio rescreened with brand new screen and webbing.
