Description of Work: I've had grasscloth hung in the past and I know how hard it is to do. | |Tom Longo arrived on time, ready to work, and he was no-nonsense all the way through. I watched the entire process and was more than impressed with his expertise and professionalism. I can't even see the seams and I know they are there because I watched him make them. And this was a particularly challenging installation. | |His superb work ethic was refreshing to see in a time when most people have little personal character and are fairly indifferent about the quality of their work. Tom was very ego-involved in his labors, determined that he left the job in a state of perfection, which he certainly did. I am more than impressed. | |I felt confident in him because of his ratings on Angie's List already, but it was very gratifying to see that he embodied all of the qualities that others have noted about him and that he stuck to his quoted price, even though I asked for a little bit of extra coverage in a doorway. | |Yes, I would recommend Tom Longo to anyone who really wants a dedicated expert who is honest and committed to doing a job which meets his high standards, and mine. I can't stop staring at the beautiful dining room that I now have with golden grasscloth walls. + -1 moreLet me begin by saying that Tom Longo is a man of his word. On the original estimate he quoted a price of $600.00 to remove the wallpaper from the master bedroom and master bath. Once we were about to embark on the project we decided to work on the master bedroom and master foyer and leave the bath for the next project. Mr. Longo came back out and re-quoted a price of $800.00 that now included making the ceilings smooth. Mr. Longo removed approximately 37 rolls of wall paper in the master bedroom and also floated a smooth ceiling, he worked cleanly and quickly. I value a person who honors their commitments soI intent to do business with him again.

Tom showed up on time 2 months later and was the NEATEST vendor I have ever employed particularly given that the job involved removing 2 layers of old paper before the re-papering could begin.Did a great job with the paper cutting... alignment, edges, pattern matching. No waste or Oops on cutting the paper. Will definitelyuse him again. A little on the high side for price but definitely worth it.

+ -1 moreTom does perfect work. Notice in the pictures the perfect job around the chair rail. Not only does he perform perfect work but he removed the wallpaper, primed the walls, installed the new wallpaper in 2.5 days.
