+ -1 moreWe have been using Terri for over ten years and have never had a problem. She usually responds within 48 hours of a phone call unless it's an emergency when she calls back right away. Her prices are fair. She doesn't make you sign a contract. She is professional and punctual. Several years ago we had an infestation of Crazy Ants in our bathroom. Terri had to crawl around in our attic and had to return several times to eradicate the problem as these pests are extremely tenacious - they get into your electrical wires and are a mess. She persevered until she found the nest and solved the problem. Have not had an ant since!
Description of Work: Terri comes two to three times a year for pest control maintenance and comes as called if we have an infestation.

+ -1 moreOngoing service for about a year - reliable - honest - she is cool with my dog who looks forward to the little treat Terri always brings.
Description of Work: Terri comes every other month to service my older, wood frame, two story home on the edge of a woods. She always calls a day before to remind me, which I appreciate, and she is always on time. The service is professional and Terri is as nice as she can be. She is also trustworthy and I am very comfortable with her coming when I am not home. I had a real problem with Palmetto bugs before Terri started about a year ago, but not any more. She treats both indoors and out. Terri also treats my elderly mom's house. I appreciate the way Terri keeps an eye out for Mom and lets me know if anything needs my attention. I highly recommend Terri!

Description of Work: I have been a customer of this really great company for 15 plus years. I use them at my office and my home. They are professional, prompt, honest, extremely reliable, always available to help when we have little critter issues that pop up. They do business the old fashioned way. The customer is first. I will continue to use this company as I have never been disappointed in their service.
