ALEX DID A JOB TO REPLACE 3 SHOWER DOORS AND NEVER FINISHED THEM. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO GET THE ISSUES FIXED, ALEX NEVER FIXED THEM AND IT IS NOW A YEAR SINCE AND HE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SUPER CUSTOM GLASS AGAIN.

WORST COMMUNICATION EVER! Alex never calls anyone back, not even his own employees. Project took over 6 weeks to finish and it was only a shower enclosure. The first door arrived and didn't fit, he blamed the glass company. Then no communication for weeks. Alex said he would call me back and then I wouldn't hear from him. He said he put me down for the install and said we spoke but we didn't because he never called me back! When I finally got the glass it looked great but not worth the aggravation.

Owner/ salesperson was very personable and efficient in the sale/ purchase process. Although the item was delayed in the delivery & installation it was neatly i stalked & quality is good. However, upon cleaning an etched scratch was found in the glass. I was promised that this could be polished & not compromise the glass door. I had to keep after them to come & do this repair. Appointments made & no show. It’s been over 6 weeks & now the owner/president, Alex Guzmán, does not return my calls nor answer my text messages & the issue has not been resolved.
