Have used them twice before and was very pleased

I was pleased with the service provided by Sunshine Carpet Cleaning-very professional and friendly.

They do a great job. They are nice people to work with. Scheduling is easy, they are responsive and I can usually get an appointment within a week of my call.

One technician came out to clean the carpets. Scheduling was not very hard. I was not too pleased with the outcome. They did not get out some of dirtier spots. Their prices are fair.

They did a great job. One technician came out to clean the furniture and he completed the service within a couple of hours. I did feel they were over priced for the furniture cleaning.

They do an excellent job. When they came to clean the tile it was two technicians and it took them about 3 hours to complete the work. After they completed the service I was able to walk on the floors immediately. I would give them the highest recommendation.

They did a good job. This is the second time I have used them at my rental property. Scheduling was no problem, they called me back and were able to get me an appointment within 3 days. One technician came to clean the carpets and he completed the service in two hours.

The service was ok. The guy worked very hard but I felt he did the work rather quickly and it may not have been that thorough of a cleaning. The price was very reasonable. We asked him to put scotch guard down and he suggested that we cleaned the carpets more often and skip the scotch guard. I respected this because he did not try to upsell me or try to make additional money off the scotch guard.

They did an awesome job. They were friendly, courteous, and arrived on time. They were able to remove stains that I had not been able to get out myself.

Sunshine Carpet Cleaning Inc were very accommodating, they were very pleasant, they explained to me what they were doing and how the products they were using worked, they took care my flee issue, and if I had any other issues I could call them to come back.

They were punctual and did a good job. I was well pleased with them and Ill call them the next time I have carpet to clean. The experience was an "A" a far as I am concerned. The price was good, too.

I called the company late on Saturday and left a message. Jeff return my call Monday morning and we set an appointment for Tuesday at 9:00AM and he was hear on time. It took Jeff about 1 hour to complete the job. He gave us some hints on how to use plastic under the legs of the tabels and chairs so they would not stain the wet carpet. Jeff charged me exactly what he quoted plus as I said cleaned the throw rug for nothing.

They have a $60 minimum, but I wanted someone reliable and I knew I had to get the problem taken care of relatively quickly. They seemed busy and it took a little telephone tag to make the appointment (they use an answering machine), but they always returned my calls and were able to come out in a few days, which was fine since it wasn't an emergency. They seemed willing to work with what I needed. They were able to work with my schedule and seemed professional and friendly. The technician was on time and knew what he was doing. He didn't make any unrealistic promises, but laid out exactly what I was facing and what he could do. He did a good job on a tough problem -- it took about 20 minutes. I definitely would use them again.

We were completely satisfied with the work that they performed. They did a very professional job which included moving furniture and placing plastic sheeting or foam blocks under the legs to prevent staining and they positioned plastic wall guards on corners to protect the wall finish from damage from their hoses.

They always do great work. They are good about moving the furniture out of the room before cleaning and they move it back. They are always on time and they work at a fair price.
