Description of Work: being without air conditioning in south florida is not only uncomfortable but can lead to other problems. finding my self in such a situation, i called sub-zero and they were very responsive and professional. jeff identified the problem and provided a temporary fix while parts were backordered. although the temporary fix did not last as long as expected, sub-zero continued to provide service until the parts were delivered and the a/c could be put back into proper working condition. a nice touch were follow up calls during the temporary fix period as well as after the permanent fix was applied.

+ -1 moreWe have used Subzero for several years for maintence and repair. They are fair, honest and know what they are doing. Recently we bought a foreclosure and the units needed a lot of repair. Jeff did an awesome job. Would recommend them highly.
