Description of Work: Service personnel arrived timely, worked quickly and did a great job! Gary and Sam, 2 man team, both said they have been with this company a long time. Description of Work: I had them come clean my white leather sofa's, about 18 feet. It took them less than 10 minutes and they didn't clean it at all! I had to go over with them all the spots that they missed. They also charged me extra for the conditioner but it was a 2in1!! I couldn't believe what they charged me for the job they did. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: I was very satisfied with this company. They called before they came, and arrived within the stated time period. Korey was very knowledgeable and informed me of everything they would do. The carpet turned out very well, and the tile in kitchen and hall was amazing. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I previously used Stanley Steamer of Melbourne FL to clean all my rugs and grout in tile of my entire house...4,000 sq feet. They did a wonderful job the previous time so I had them come in and clean the heavy area rug and chair. I plan on using them every six months.

Korey B was the main guy I dealt with and was friendly, professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and gave advice on products to avoid when cleaning and how to maintain the carpet's appearance. The company did aloow me to use a recently expired coupon from the mailout papers which saved me some money by getting 5 rooms cleaned for $129.95. I would use them again and I would specifically ask for Korey B.
Description of Work: I'm not sure if this is the correct Stanley Steemer location. The store I used services NORTH of 520 from the beach west through Orlando. I owned this light tan carpet for 5 years and never had it cleaned! I had them clean 5 rooms, spot treated all rooms and then stain guard a few areas. They did a great job cleaning it and wheneverI pointed out any small spots, they immediately focussed on getting the spot out. They spent a lot of time and I was happy with the outcome. Does my originally tan/white carpet look new... no, not everywhere, but I had abused the carpet for years and was impressed with the final results.
