It was very neat and easy. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. The old shingles were under a class recall and I needed proof so they took pictures.

Came on time, got right to work. Went on the roof, found the problem and repaired it. Came inside, fixed the bathroom ceiling. Went very well.

We had no idea what to with the space, we just knew it could be better used for when we have guests. Our contractor came up with all of the design ideas, and then presented us with material, color, tile and cabinet samples. We just had to help him coordinate to our taste. All of the workmen were very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Overall, the project went very smooth and timely, with only one delay. That delay was due to the fact that the tile we selected had to be ordered, and came in one week later than expected. Even with that, Russ found ways to work around that by doing his job out of sequence, and keeping the project moving. That surprised us the most, as we have worked with other contractors in the past that have just walked away and said call us when your materials get here, and then it is always a hassle to get them back on the job. This company worked with us and kept us informed during every phase of the project.

He is a hard worker and does not mind traveling.
