Alex is a no good dirty thief. Took my $2,000 to remove raccoons went on vacation with my money got 1(one) raccoon . Was supposed to disinfect sanitize clean up mess in my attic, ha ha joke , said he did but he did not! Thief Said his job was done and would charge me to come out again. So I have to clean up mess in attic that he charged me $2,000 dollars for Hope you had a great vacation on me Don't hire this ass crook!!!

Work started two weeks ago and our home checked and "sealed". So far, the critters are still present, has not taken the baits as expected, and Alex will be back Monday 020722 to check. His cost is more than we expected and his work comes with a one year warranty....We are waiting for resolution.

Definitely is an expert and very professional. Was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Am very confident that I will not have the same issue again for a long time. Have already recommended him to neighbors which is something I rarely do.

I am pleased with the quality and efficiency of the service provided. A neighbor stopped by to tell me he had a major rat problem that he was battling himself for months. He wanted to know the cost of my project. I told him what had to be done at my home to eliminate the problem which I felt justified the price. I know who to call in the future if those pesky critters return. I am a fan of all wildlife, however, not a fan of having them in my attic.

I called Alex because in the spring and summer there is an influx of snakes that are seen around my property and surrounding area. They are mostly black racers and though they are helpful in rodent elimination I don't want them near my home, garage, doorways, lanai, etc. Alex applies a deterrent to keep them away and I feel much safer. I have a small dog that I walk many times during the day and evening and I don't want these critters near me or my pet. Thank God for Alex, he's my new hero keeping me and my property safe and protected. Great Company!!!!!
