Description of Work: This company seems amazing to me. I was on their website late Friday night, not even sure if I would get a call (have found a lot of companies have websites but then don't follow through on contact requests). I got a call back Saturday AM and found out that they do not service my area any longer. I expected that to be the end of the conversation, but then Mr. Reynolds proceeded to continue our conversation (even calling me back when the call was dropped) and ask what I was seeing in my home, explained what the quote process should be like and what I should look for and recommended another company that services my area. We did go with that company, who from a professional standpoint, has been leaps and bounds ahead of the other companies we received estimates from (and I would not have called them if it had not been for Reynolds, because they are based farther away from my home). Then, to my surprise, I got a f/u call from Reynolds today to make sure I found someone and didn't have any further questions--all this from a company that I couldn't even hire. I honestly have not experienced another company that provides this level of customer service and follow-through.

Description of Work: I had an ant problem all over my property. Someone was sent out the day I called and he gave me an estimate. He was able to treat the yard right away. I get a monthly service now. Charles calls the night before he comes, to remind me. He is quick, polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company. I haven't had a bug problem in the yard since they started. If I do happen to see anything, Reynolds will be out the next day to take care of it.
