James, our technician, phoned Thursday to tell us he would be here Friday afternoon between 1 and 3 PM. As always, he arrived at the stated time. He came to the door to ask if we had any particular problems that needed addressed. He is a very professional, pleasant person who has been our technician for several years, and hopefully will continue to serve our account. Reynolds has been our lawn service company and termite inspection company for many years, and has always provided excellent service with prompt responses when I have any questions.

Eric is the provider from the company who treats our property. He is clearly very smart and well educated in the area of pests and pest control. He is always very available to answer questions and explain his treatments. And he is a pleasure to speak with.

He did basic Pest control Service for the entire house. After the service we noticed some activity and called them again. He did the second service promptly.

Two reps from Reynolds Pest Management arrived and surveyed the existing termite evidence I had. I had previously been informed of the kind of termites I had, and although the deal I purchased through Angie's List was for subterranean termites, the reps were honest and told me I had dry wood termites. I appreciated their honesty and went ahead with their treatment, since I felt I got a great deal. I'm glad I did, because a few weeks later I noticed a big improvement: no new termite wings! It's been over 6 months and I still haven't seen new activity. The reps installed the bait "tubes" in less than an hour, and now you can't even tell they're there.

It went very well service provider showed up on time and went right to work. He was at my house for abut an hour the first time. I am going to guess that future monthly visits will not take as long.

We had the pleasure of meeting both Dennis & Todd. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasure to talk to. They didn't mind us asking questions. Every question that we had was answered. Todd treated the inside of the house but unfortunately do to rainy weather he wasn't able to take care of the outside. He is returning on 11/04/15 to do the outside weather permitting. We are very satisfied with the service that we have received from them so far. We would definitely recommend Reynolds Pest Control to our friends, co-workers and anyone else. Great service. My ant problem has subsided tremendously. We are still working on a few here and there, but Reynolds is willing to come out as many times as it takes. Inside and Outside my home. Very very happy with their service. I'm glad I purchased this.

I didn't think the services weren't that good. They were a little expensive for what they did. Two guys came out and I think one was training the other. They were doing more talking. They were on time.
