Description of Work: They provide pest magagement control for my house, they are always on time, they call the day before they come, and I haven't had any problems at all with pests. Whenever I need an additional visit, they come the very next day and provide great advice. |

Description of Work: They did full termite treatment with bait traps around the entire house perimeter.............Cost was horrendous but they all were in the same range what a racket. But they did a good job and their guarantee makes me feel better.

Description of Work: Sorry, I can't find records of exactly when service was performed or the charge. I can tell you that a rat got into the house and chewed through the drain hose of the washer, causing flooding of two rooms. There was evidence that he had gotten into other rooms and the attic as well. The rat was never caught, though a number of traps were set, and never came back. The provider sealed all points of entry he could find. We were satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: I use the company for monthly pest control. I have been using the company for about 1 year. The technicians are very accommodating. Two different technicians have been out for me. They do a really good job and the treatments seem to be working. They usually call before coming out for the service.

Description of Work: Reynolds does my monthly outside pest control, and they also installed a termite prevention system. I have to say they are really good, timely, and whenever I need an extra visit for an inside spray, or problem (recently I had a problem with pantry pest) they respond immediately. They respond very quickly and gladly, I have no complaints.

Description of Work: We had 'ghost ants' that wouldn't go away no matter what we did. The tech that came out spent alot of time, was very professional and he saw a problem with some |of the outdoor plants and offered suggestions to treat them. He said that his company does that type of service. We called when the ants came back in another part of the house and again -the problem is now gone and we asked them to set up a schedule to keep the bugs away. They also use safe products. I would give them an A+ if it was offered.
