Description of Work: Mosquito service -- very professional, prompt with excellent service. The service itself is a bit pricey, but it compares favorably to the market's alternative which is the more costly installation of a mosquito misting system plus a quarterly refilling of the liquid spray. I required follow-on treatments which Reynolds was happy to provide quickly.

Description of Work: They are a very nice and professional crew. Nothing bad to say about them in that regard whatsoever. I simply don't find that the process works. I was bitten from the very first day the spraying was done. I wouldn't have known if I didn't try.

Description of Work: Eric came out the week before and evaluated the problem. He was very professional, responsive, and clearly answered all of my questions. Service was set-up for the following week with Bob, who was also very professional, punctual, responsive and described exactly what he was going to do. Upon completion of the service, he stated that I might see more bug activity in the next two weeks, before everything begins to do its job. So far, only a minor amount of activity has taken place, with most of the bugs in a state of dying or dead. Upon Bob's leaving, he stated that if we saw any further infestations, to just call and they would be back out. We had a year in which to do it. Very pleased with the service!

Description of Work: Dennis was great and gave us a thorough inspection of a problem area and suggested we wait and see instead of selling us an expensive treatment (tenting the house) With 30 years of experience he made us comfortable with his knowledge and professionalism.

Very nice individual, not in a rush where he would answer any of my questions and even gave me a small tutorial on the type of ants,what to expect in the future and how they act and nest and future recommendations. | |Excellant Job !!
