Description of Work: We called them to get rid of pests inside and outside of the home. The first application did not get rid of the ghost ants in the kitchen and front porch. They did come back and reapplied the application in the kitchen and front porch but a few weeks later they returned to the outside porch. The first time we used them they did a very good job, this time I did not feel the same way. I also felt the cost was too high. Will not use again. |

Previously, I was disappointed that the particular service that I bought was not a monthly service and was not clearly advertised as such in the Angie's List offer. | |After my previous rating, a representative of Reynolds called to ask why I had not rated them "A" and was there anything that they could do. I explained that I was not satisfied with the confusion over the way it was offered, but that what was provided was done in a excellent manner. Reynolds offered to provide an additional one-time service at no charge, which tells me that they are a stand-up company and deserve an "A".
