We have tried 3 other companies in the 5 years, and the problem that kept us looking for new options was AVAILABILITY. We are VERY happy with Reynolds Pest Control. George Scialo has been servicing our home for almost a year now, and anytime we have a "sighting" he's usually at our house to spray that room within 24 hours. He always gives notice before he comes for his monthly visit. And Crystal on the administrative side is also always very helpful and friendly. Annually they do a super-thorough spraying and bait-placing of the entire home (inside and out) and then on a monthly basis they spray the home's perimeter (unless you see something inside the house). This treatment plan has been working very well for us.

They were good! Everything with them was easy. The only issue with the mosquito guy is that they never, like their salesmanship beyond the big deal, there was no, ?hey, here?s some paperwork of what we would charge for the year!? I have gotten 2 or 3 big deals for mosquito people and they all come out and they do a good job, then they?re done. I?m like, ?oh, okay!? They need to work on their follow up sales.

First representative, Todd, was extremely good. I know that he was close to retirement and I hate to loose him. He was very knowledgeable (as I use to be an exterminator back in the 70's) Todd was very informative about the new way of treating pests and what he was going to do and he had results in a week to 10 days. The second person, never got his name, seemed to be in a hurry and rushed his visit. I told him where the ants had come back in the house and he did treat the entrance hatch that goes under the tub, but only the hatch area and he did not really get the pesticide on the dirt under the tub. He went outside and quickly treated the outside without regard to the areas that I had pointed out to him. Even though there were results, I was not impressed with this service tech. He May have just had a bad day.

IT went very well, and if there were issues, they were very responsive.

Eric is the best. Very smart and a good teacher.

George Sciato arranged a time to come to our home and give a free estimate. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. We signed up for the work needed and he spent a few hours immediately securing our home. Very professional; we will use them again.

They are good, responsive, and they will come out in the middle of the month if they need too.

I'm on a maintenance contract. They've just been good. My yard was just about ruined by Scotts and they worked really hard to get it put back together. They have gone above and beyond to try to fix it and I'm appreciative of that.

The young man that comes out and treats my yard gives me a call before he comes to let me know he is coming and they send out a sheet of everything that they've done, they're just very, very capable and good at what they do.

It's every two months and they have never missed and I've had them for a long time. I have a pretty yard and my neighbors wanted to know who, so I had given out their cards and they've gotten several jobs from this. I have no problem recommending if I know what kind of work they do, I'm hesitant to recommend if I don't know personally.

They come every other month unless I call them back for some problem. They never charge me more. It's $85 every time they come. They're good at what they do. I have recommended them to several people. My lawn is much, much better.

First, George showed up on time, early actually which was good for me. Second, since the visit George did call me about 2 weeks after the visit to see if there were any signs of pests or any other concerns which I appreciated. Super nice guy. George made rounds inside the premises and around the outside of the premises to provide the treatment. We discussed what appeared to be some drywood termite damage to some cupboards, tenting the house as treatment and he left me with a quote to do that. George explained that the treatment was one time but if we had any issues with pests during the year term to call and they would come back out. I have several business where we have annual pest control agreements where the tech visits on a scheduled basis throughout the year rather than by call. This would have been my preferred method but it was my fault for not selecting a package that provided that service. Next year I'll consider that instead.

I have been using them since I found Angie’s List. They do a very good job.

The exterminator was very professional and informative and did a through job. We were very pleased!

Started using Reynolds over a year ago after relocating to Florida. Super service, high quality firm. We have two dogs, and when I asked about spraying the outside for fleas, as the dogs were getting fleas, they told me to have the vet give them a prescription for edible anti-flea and tic medicine rather than paying for the outside flea and tic service on a continual basis, as the meds would be more effective. We followed the advice and have not had a problem with fleas in the past year. That is indicative of the honesty and integrity I love about this company. Have referred them to our neighbors who were very unhappy with their past service company. No service contract needed, they set up up for quarterly and if you need them sooner, they will come out - just call. They also, believe it or not, told me the Andro granules I bought for fire ants (before I used Reynolds) was excellent and even showed me how to use it!

We were very pleased with the service(s) performed by Reynolds and I highly recommend this company - everyone I dealt with from Dean and especially Eric was exceptional They took care of our problem efficiently and fast and customer service was also great

It went great! Reynolds Pest Management Inc. has been my pest control company for the past few years. They are always courteous and attentive! A couple days ago, Charles came out to do the regular house exterior service, instead of George, the usual service tech. Charles explained that George had been re-routed, so Charles would do the service going forward. Charles was very considerate. He listened to and addressed my current pest concerns, and everything went fine. Then the massive rain storms came, and a couple days later, sugar ants invaded my kitchen. I called the company and Charles came back today and treated the kitchen. He explained the treatment he used and advised me to call if another application is needed. I certainly will! One thing I really appreciated that Charles did which no other service tech has done: he took his boots off before he came into the house, so as not to mark up the carpet. He was cheerful, pleasant, and professional. Another good experience with Reynolds! Thank you!

They took care of the termites and treated a carpenter ant infestation found during renovations. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their technician always called the day before to let us know she'd be coming. I never felt pressured to to purchase extra services and thought their prices were reasonable. They bi-monthly service does not have a contract either. We haven't had any major pest issues lately so I've decided to cancel their services for the time being and treat any issues myself. If things get out of hand, I won't hesitate to call them again. I actually felt bad canceling the service because their staff has been so nice to us. I highly recommend this company.

This was a big deal purchase. It was very good. To make things better for me they could lower their prices.

I will post a more comprehensive review after the service has been going about six months. They cover everything but rodents, but I take care to keep them out and have traps also. If I sign up for a second year will tell the whole story. They inspired confidence and I have high hopes that we will have a good relationship. Paul

The guy we worked with was Charles and he was very nice and informative. He knows what he's doing for sure and is a pleasure to work with. I do plan to hire him again in the future after finding him on Angie's List and was very pleased with the services.

I think it was $250 for a year's worth of exterminating.
