Arrived on time, treated each outlet, then sprayed around all baseboards, windows inside. Then put traps in attic and sprayed outside. Professional service. About 1 month later we were finding bugs in the kitchen again. They came out the day I called and retreated the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Turns out we had a leaky refrigerator that kept bringing the bugs back. Now that that's gone so are the bugs and our 2 month maintenance treatment is already scheduled.

I was very happy with the young man who came to my home. He looked professional, was friendly, knowledgeable, courtesy and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very professional. Came and explained the product they used, inspected for problem areas, sprayed inside and outside, including attic. I was very impressed as they guarantee no living bugs after treatment, and living here in Florida, I had been going nuts trying to get rid of the tiny little ants that do not like Terro Ant Killer. I have not seen another living bug since they left. They said they would call back in a few months to see if I wanted the recurring treatment, but I have not heard from them. And I would like to sign on for that. I was very impressed.

Tech called day ahead to let us know he would be coming out. Did a good job of educating about services and options without pressing a hard sell too far.

I purchased this offer to take care of a bug problem in my kitchen. The rep came out and advised me that I had cockroaches that are commonly brought home from grocery stores. I also had a small ant problem. He sprayed the kitchen, and outside wall. He also left bug traps on the counters and cupboard. In a week the bugs weren't gone and he came back and sprayed again. The next week the bugs weren't gone and he came back and sprayed aagin. The next week the bugs weren't gone and he came back and sprayed again. On the last vist her advised me that if the last spray didn't work he's have to come back weekly until they were gone. The final treatment worked. The guarantee was for thrity days so I just made the cut off. I know it's difficult to get rid of cockroaches but why wasn't the last spray used first ??

Reynolds Pest Management arrived on time and performed service quickly and professionally. They pre-called to confirm the day before, which is always appreciated. The technician answered all my questions and was quite knowledgeable. Noticed many dead bugs in the ensuing days/weeks. I would not hesitate to use Reynolds again.

They do routine outside service to kill insects. They laid out ant bait for the inside, and come back out a second time for service. They provided tips on how to keep the ants from coming back. We have seen a noticeable difference in ant population. Overall the service was satisfactory. Update: They came back because we were still seeing some ants. The owner, Brian, was very accomodating. He wanted to make sure that we were fully satisfied. They thoroughly worked and found a nest in the attic. They treated that and we have noticed a remarkable improvement. I have increaded the overall grade, price, and quality grades to an "A".

The service provider already takes care of pest control so I knew their company was reputable and reliable. They always call the day before to let us know they will be treating the lawn. At this point they have done one of the three treatments, and we are very happy with the work.

The guy showed up when he said he would. He called ahead of time which was nice. There was an Angies List coupon that provided some value for his service. The experience went very well.

They come every other month. It would be very nice if they called me a day in advance to let me know that they are coming. They are always prompt when they say what time they are going to come. I don’t need to be there but they always take care of everything. They do really a good job. On a couple of rare occasions if they had been any bugs or anything like that they would come in between times and took care of it for no additional charge. They are excellent.

So far they have been very professional. They have solved a majority of our bug problems. The technician that comes here is very good and knowledgeable.?I had some billing issues but they fixed it. I am still happy with the overall service that they are giving me.

Last year I did a report on Reynolds Pest Control after they had performed my first quarterly application. I was very satisfied with their work. In my initial report I rated them as "A" with an overall rating of "B". The "B" rating was not accurate, that is why I have cahnged it to an "A" across the board. I'm so pleased with their work and their ethics that I'm having my mother and sister sign up with them as well...They do good work, they are on time, and always knock on my door when they arive to see if I need any thing done inside my house, before they start working on my outside property.....Extremely professional and easy to deal with...

Overall everything went as well as you could expect. Professional on time service and very customer oreinted in making sure they explained everything they were going to do, how they did it and what if any cautions were needed following application.

Very informative and professional. Most ants gone the next day. A few showed up over the next week but eventually died off before I go around to calling Reynolds again. It's the first time the house was treated in over 1.5 years so I think that's pretty good. I plan to continue to use them to maintain the property from now on.
