He was professional and punctual in providing service. I have not had any major ant problems since the spraying. They use non toxic products which is great if you have pets.

The appointment was quickly made so there was not a long wait time.They honored a coupon from ANgies list even though we made the appointment on the phone and not on here! pet and people friendly chemicals, which we needed as the dogs are all over the house and we didn't want any of us sick! we had a few ants still hanging around a week later and they came back for a touch up that day and its been great since then! very friendly, knowledgeable and fun! we would totally recommend them to anyone, and use them again in the future if needed. we did only the 30 day guaranteed treatment as we are renting, but they also went around the outside and the drive way for fire ants. If we were in a permanent home we would use them for a yearly treatment of the house and yard! A+

I was in a pinch and needed some pest control for a new house we just purchased, I scheduled an estimate with a different company a week ago...and on the date of the estimate this other company was a no show. So I telephoned Reynolds and wallah...the nicest person (Bob) answered the phone and said he could come right out and give me an estimate within 20 minutes. Well true to his word he was at the property right on time. Bob took alot of time with me explaining the services I was requesting. We walked the property and discussed fertilization and pest control for my lawn and shrubs and interior home pest control too. Bob was very knowledgeable. I received a quote after he took some measurements and the pricing was very reasonable. I was so pleasently surprised at all that I am receiving in services for the price I am paying...NO contracts to sign! I hope to have a long and lasting relationship with Reynolds Pest Management. A beautifully green yard, healthy and happy shrubs...No more little critters coming for a visit...PRICELESS!

Eric arrived promptly on time. Prior to starting his tasks he explained what procedures he would be performing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we raised.

I chose them because they are a local company. They're not a big name company because when you buy those pest management companies, you pay for their trucks and their uniforms. Reynolds is just local and they've been around for a long time in this area. They have no hidden fees. They have a lot of years of experience, they're very knowledgeable towards pests and the pest control issues. They are also involved in different things in other areas of the country. They're punctual. If you need extra service from them, they are happy to provide it. Their office staff is very informative and very helpful.

Because we did not want to call Reynold's again we signed contract with Nozzle Nolan who was servicing numerous neighbors and they all seemed satisfied.

First and foremost...very professional - very safe - and great people! Our home was larger than the "Angie's List" deal so a simple and fair multiplier was used to calculate the additional cost. Additionally, the removal of some exterior stucco was required along a few of our walls; this was done by a three-party contractor coordinated by Reynolds. Eric was the project manager from Reynolds for our job; he is a very knowledgeable young man and he with the help of one assistant executed the work required. Great job! We will use them again and highly recommend their company. P.S.- I am retired and owned my own industrial construction and service company for 28 years employing over 100 full-time employees in the state of Virginia. I believe I am a descent and fair judge of how a quality service company should perform. Again, Reynolds did the job, did it well, on time, safely, and for a fair price.

Not that great of experience initially. After my initial rating and review I was contacted by the owner of Reynolds. He was quick to explain that my review of his company was important to him and more importantly was my satisfaction with their service and that our ant issue had been resolved. This guy REALLY cares about his company AND his customers. I was offered free service but had already hired another company and didn't feel it fair to fire them to go back to Reynolds. The owner then offered to return the monies that I had paid for his company's services! Honestly I kind of doubted I would receive any refund but the very next day the entire amount was refunded in a check. I am very impressed with the dedication of this business owner and would not hesitate to use Reynold's Pest Management in the future if the need arise.

Everything was routine and well done.

I needed my house sprayed for an invasion of little ghost ants, I hated seeing the tiny buggers creeping up the wall! So anyway Reynolds came and sprayed inside and out side and my problem went away. Now I have them coming back 3 times a year. Also I have them treating my lawn. Good Company good people.

Wonderful....the person who answered the phone was very professional and arranged an appointment for the following afternoon. The rep who came out, George, was excellent. He listened attentively and did what he needed to do (set traps) to determine if we had a rodent problem. Over the course of the next week or so, he returned every couple of days to check the traps. In all, two rats were captured. We found the fee very reasonable. We have used another exterminator for bi-monthly routine bug prevention for years, but Reynolds was so excellent we are considering changing to them for all our needs.

I primarily needed pest control for those tiny ants. I did notice that after the extermination was done that I did not see the tiny ants anymore. Great Job!!!!

Overall the company did an excellent job...very professional and quite thorough! I highly reccommend them!

They did a good job. The Ants came back, so they came out a second time and took care of the issue.

From time to time we were bothered by roaches in the kitchen and the garage. Since the treatment, one week ago, we have seen no evidence of the pests.

I recently had an issue with rodents entering my home through the roof. My current pest control provider acknowledged the problem but seemed disinterested in helping me to resolve the issue. I found Reynolds Pest Management on Angie,s List and called them to get a quote. The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I received a reasonable quote to solve the problem and after a few visits, the issue was resolved. Reynolds then offered to provide my ongoing pest control, at a rate better than my current provider. Given the indifference shown by my current pest control provider, I gladly switched to Reynolds and would recommend their service to others.

Eric set up a time to return and was back with his assistant Charlie, promptly when stated. The day they returned, the weather was terrible. It was rainy, rainy, rainy with an occasional break for cloudiness. They told us that we may have to postpone the completion of the treatment due to the continued rain, but they waited until the rain stopped so they could complete and finish everything in a very satisfactory manner. We were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, promptness, kindness, and consideration. Knowing that your home has been invaded by termites which can do severe damage was frightening and the thought of what the cost would be was extremely depressing. This company offers a senior discount, which was really helpful for us. They go out of their way to offer assistance and explain the procedure along the way. We highly recommend Reynold's Pest Management. We only utilized their termite extermination but are quite sure any of their services are exemplary and will utilize them if needed.
