I purchased one of their deals here on Angie's . They called right away and I scheduled a date for the service. Well they missed the appointment. I called and re-scheduled and this time they showed up, and on time. He was in and out in fifteen mins.

The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional.

They did a good job and I would use them again.

They were great! They were so good that we plan to start a contract with them.

It was fine. He has been very eager to do it right so that's good. I may extend the deal. It was a good service. I've had a lot trouble with the lawn and what he has been telling me makes very good sense and the things that he set out to do looks like it's working. I would recommend them. He has been very attentive to what we've needed. I think the price is okay but I haven't done that much research. He comes when he says he is going to be here. He has been professional.

I had a fungus on my lawn and they came in to treat it. After the fungus was gone, I bought a big deal to have them fertilize the lawn - however, the coupon expired and they wanted more money to continue treat the lawn so I did it myself. I had no problems with them and it was easy to schedule an appointment within a week of calling.

It went very well. They were very thorough. They answered many questions that I had. They went above and beyond with a particular concern and investigated options for me.

Everything from start to finish was outstanding. Eric, the lead contact was tremendous. Extremely professional. They got the job done. They were very responsive with scheduling. They always called in advance of the visit and always showed up on time. Just great people and a great service. They are the gold standard for outstanding service.

They were very polite and professional. The gentleman called ahead of time and let us know when he'd be coming by. But I don't know if it has made my lawn any nicer, I'll say that it hasn't gotten worse. Update: My lawn looks worse than when they started. There is one more treatment left but I am not hopeful.

We were contacted very quickly and scheduled within a day for our first treatment. Of course, the timing isn't great for growth, but we had to get started. Charles called to verify the appt. and was here promptly. We walked around and discussed our issues. He then measured our lawn (there would be an extra "small print" charge if we were over 5,000 sq.ft. We weren't. The application was made. All very professional. I have high hopes they will be able to help with ongoing service.

They take care of the lawn (fertilizing, insect control and weed control) and the flowers, shrubs and trees. They call the night before showing up and give me a time and the man doing the work spends a little time with me after the everyother month treatment and tells me what he has done, when he will be back and some observations he has seen with the yard. Great people.

This was driven by my finding a big cockroach on my kitchen counter a few days previously, and I immediately went on Angie's to find an exterminator. Sure enough, Reynolds was offering special full-home treatment, which was just what I needed. The folks at Reynolds are very professional, they called in advance to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. The service rep who did the work took time to explain what chemicals were being used, why they are used, and how I can monitor their effectiveness going forward. I will use Reynolds again for future "maintenance" treatments in the future.

George and Eric were great to work with. Although the problem wasn't solved in the first shot, George came back with no questions asked. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Great service on stubborn problem

I had a special deal through Angie's List for and indoor and outdoor pesticide treatment. The man came right on time, was very friendly and professional, and provided the service as promised. I think it was highly effective, because our ant problem was eliminated.

They were very good. We used it for a tenant and they showed up on time. No complaints. They kept in touch with us.

I believe the details are covered above. George was polite, friendly, professional, and competent. We have seen no further evidence of rodents. Should there be a future problem, I would call Reynolds.

I noticed small ants tracking across the house and nesting inside the electric meter and was unable to get rid of them. Rep arrived and treated the specific area. A few days later another rep treated the house inside and out. I now agreed to a service visit every two months. If there is any problem, they come out immediately with no additional charges. Prices are very competitive. Brian, Chris (owners) and service reps are all friendly, polite, professional, and helpful. The problem has not happened again since the initial treatment.

We have just moved into a new house and we knew that it might need some pest control. The home inspection noted some dry wood termite damage on a section of the wood siding. Since we were putting on new siding I anyway, I wanted to see what the best course of action would be. Eric from Reynolds first came out and gave me a quote for preventative termite treatment and bimonthly pest control. When the contractor was ready to remove that section of siding, Eric came out for a second visit and inspected the damage. Luckily the damaged appeared old, but we (myself, Eric, and the contractor) decided that a spot treatment of the area was the best bet. Eric patiently waited around while the contractor pulled off some additional sections of siding to ensure that we treated the entire area. We also started a bimonthly pest control spraying for the house. Reynolds did an initial treatment of the inside of the house and will now treat the perimeter of the house every two months. The technician Eric sent out to treat the house was really nice and friendly. Reynolds does provide organic pest control services, which was also a bonus. After the initial treatment was completed, the contractor disturbed a nest of carpenter ants in the siding causing them to enter the house. We called Reynolds and Eric came the next day to spot treat the area. He was able to treat the problem and after a day or two the ants cleared up. Eric was very knowledgeable and we never felt like he was pressuring us to purchase any product or service. When we talked about fire ants on our one acre lot, he told me how the best we to treat it on my own. It is also nice that we do not have to sign a lengthy contract for the bimonthly pest control. I would highly recommend the Reynolds team. They were great to work with, usually early for appointments, and I thought their prices were reasonable.

After years of DIY pest control, I hired Reynold's to actually solve my best control problems. They were fair and professional. Did exactly what they said they would do and since my initial treatment of the interior and subsequent and consistent exterior treatments I have yet to see a single bug inside my house. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for a solution to their pest control needs. My battle with spiders and sugar ants is over! An A++ company in my opinion!
