He was very effective, incredible accommodating. I think he did an awesome job. As far as the service, his professionalism was superb. I am still waiting to see the full results of the treatment, but from what I can tell so far, it seems to be working.

He explained that catching or ridding moles is not a guarantee, which saved me at least $1000! In fact, we were able to connect the dots that a black wasp problem I had this summer didn't make sense to me. Long story short, the wasps were laying eggs in the grubs and now the moles are eating the grubs...so it's actually a good thing. When the grubs are gone, the moles will move on and hopefully the wasps aren't back next summer either! I am so impressed with his honesty that I had to write this up. And I would definitely hire this company if I ever needed too because that is what he banked on. I

We have been using the company for a few months since moving to the area. The technicians have been very courteous. I have had no trouble at all with their service and have seen no pests. They make sure to call before coming out and scheduling has not been an issue. They bill me online which I really like.

We no longer use the company and switched to a different pest management company. Our new pest company has better pricing and is more responsive. The staff with Reynolds was not the most friendly or responsive. It would take a few days for us to get them scheduled out for a service.

They did an excellent job. When I called to let them know I had seen a bug they immediately sent out a technician to take care of the issue. They were very responsive and came out the same day. The technician was very thorough and polite. I have a baby in the house and he was very careful about that. They made scheduling very easy and were always on time. Their pricing was reasonable.
