Realtor Patricia E. Smith was quick to respond when I needed help to find and purchase the 'right home for me' in Port Saint Lucie, FL. She really listened when I shared what I wanted in a house/neighborhood. She paid attention to my 'wants and needs' and helped me view houses that fit the bill and my budget. That level of support may be customary with agents, but I didn't always experience that with other agents. After an offer was accepted, Patricia provided excellent guidance during the process. She made sure that I didn't miss any deadlines. She was highly responsive when I had questions and was on top of everything. There was an occasion when I was a bit concerned about something I thought I neglected to do, but Patricia set me straight. Her cool head and calm manner helped me keep my focus on the right things. Buying a home is quite a stressful process/event, but there was great comfort in having Patricia provide her expert guidance. I hope that this is my 'forever' home, but if it's not, I would give Patricia a call and ask her to help me find another home. She's terrific!

My initial inquiries were made online and Patricia was the only real estate agent who responded to my inquiries. I was immediately impressed with her professional communication style. My husband and I previewed the area in which we eventually found our home. We then contacted Patricia and asked if she could show us 6 homes the following day. Despite some challenges in communicating with the listing agent, we closed in under 30 days. Between purchase agreement and closing, Patricia was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Buying a home long distance is not an easy task but Patricia made it seem so. Since closing, Patricia has continued to be helpful with contact information for everything we needed to establish ourselves in the community. We not only gained a new, lovely home....we made our first friend in the community! I look forward to recommending Patricia to family and friends that we hope will soon want to enjoy the Florida sunshine with us!

Patricia has gone above any expectations we had. We contacted a couple other realtors before finding Patricia, and felt like we were being ignored. We have had a number of set-backs with our move, but Patricia has stuck with us through it all. We simply can't say enough ...fantastic experience!

It went well. My mom was in assisted living which was what prevented me from buying. Originally she was going to live with me but health issues prevented that from happening.
