The staff is good.  It takes them about twenty-five minutes to spray.  They are very prompt.  I would tell a friend they do a good job.

Call from R&F to set appointment.  Joe, the technican,  was on time as always. He rang the bell to let me  know he was here and make sure my pets are secure.  He sprays the entire yard, not just the perimitor of the house  Joe also checks for problem areas  such as bees and wasps and eliminates them.  When completed, a sign is left in front of the prorprrty stating pest control has been completed.  Joe comes to the door for payment and we discuss any issues.  Very professional and has been this way for almost 5 years.  Service is fantastic which is why my neighbor and a widowed friend in the next town have been just as satisfied for over 2 years.

The guy who comes out is really good and nice. I would like to give him a recommendation because he has been with us for about 5 years. He comes in quarterly. If I have any problems, all I have to do is call him and he will come out to take care of it at no extra charge. We pay about $90 for each treatment. I had a major problem once with the little ants. So, he came every day for two weeks to spray and there was no extra charge. He finally got rid of the ants. I call him up and he will be here the same day or the next day. He is very trustworthy and very clean. My dog likes him too. I think the price is pretty standard. The quality is very good. When it comes to responsiveness, he comes right away. He is always here early and he will call if he is going to be late. His professionalism is very good.
